Correction: No, they were always ripped at the back. After he rips them off, they kind of fall apart so that the ripped parts end up on the sides, giving the illusion that they were ripped at the sides.

Correction: The fact that they have skeletons is part of the joke, and therefore doesn't have to be entirely factual.

Correction: Some people do sleep with their eyes open. I myself have witnessed my dad sleep with his eyes open.

Correction: The ingredients of the Krabby Patty has stayed the same throughout the entire show.

Correction: The difference is more perception than actually being smaller. There isn't much difference from being outside to being in Squidwards house.

Lummie

Correction: How this is a mistake? Their houses are not right next to the town. Most of them are quite distant from the centre of town.

Correction: Yes, logically they would float up. But remember, for the humor of the show, hardly anything is logical in Spongebob. So it's not really a mistake, even a deliberate one.

Correction: That's the joke, the bus never should have been there. They comment on all the creepy things happen almost as soon as they talk about it. Like when the lights go on and off when Squidward mentions it.

Correction: Spongebob was pretty freaked out when he was drowning so its likely he didn't think about this option. The other problem with trying to absorb water was how tough it was for Spongebob to do it the first time. He couldn't move, he had to dump the water right back into the lake, there was so much water and by accident he sucked Patrick up too. Even if he wanted to try again it may not have been a viable option.

Wet Painters / Krusty Krab Training Video - S3-E9

Corrected entry: On "Wet Painters," SpongeBob and Patrick are trying to solve how to clean paint from Mr. Krabs' dollar. SpongeBob is trying to clean the paint off with a big baseball bat. Patrick is holding the dollar and SpongeBob is hitting him. Patrick is in many bandages. In the next shot, they go to a computer and Patrick's bandages have disappeared.

Correction: The bandages are a joke to show how much Patrick is going through just to get the paint off the dollar.

Nasty Patty / The Idiot Box - S3-E4

Corrected entry: When SpongeBob is going to the fridge at the outside of the Krusty Krab, when it's raining, to hide the dead man there, you can see that the sign of the Krusty Krab is at the left of the Krusty Krab, instead of being at the right of it, like it's always. This could count both as Continuity error and as Plot Hole error.

Correction: As long as I've seen the show the sign has always been on the LEFT, it's in the correct position.

Correction: Mr. Krabs never claimed he didn't know what a bank was - he just fell into a "cash coma". And the sack of money he had was taken by the children. And.I think I've read in the book "Spongebob Revealed" (this is not a direct quote) is that Mr. Krabs alternates his money from a bank to his mattress. Another thing.Squidward said in "Plankton's Army" that he kept the secret formula in his mattress too. Supposing Sheldon were to open the mattress he could never have found the secret formula in the mattress with all his money inside.

Nasty Patty / The Idiot Box - S3-E4

Corrected entry: In "Nasty Patty", they enter the fridge, and there's nothing in it. However, we see that in "SB-129", Squidward stays in the fridge for 2000 years, until the future, and then he returns to the past. But wouldn't SpongeBob and Krabs, when they see the fridge, see that Squidward is there, frozen?

Correction: They are two different episodes so certain objects will change and differ. For example in "Wormy" Spongebob and Patrick went through a secret entrance in the Krusty Krab that was never shown or used again.

Correction: Why should it be? It's not close to the main town centre. Almost none of the major characters' houses are shown when Bikini Bottom is shown as a whole.

No Weenies Allowed / Squilliam Returns - S3-E6

Corrected entry: In "Squilliam Returns", when Squidward gives up on everyone and runs out of the Krusty Krab, he runs into Squilliam. If you look at the shown window of the KK, it is the ordinary window with the ropes on it. But when they walk in, wallpaper covers all of the windows. I know that Spongebob converted the restaurant from crappy to fancy very quick, but I think we would've seen him placing wallpaper on the windows.

Correction: Not showing the wallpaper keeps Squidward's reaction as shocked as Squilliam which is the joke in the scene. Added to this if the wallpaper was shown coming down Squilliam might have suspected that Squidward was trying to fool him.

Lummie

Correction: Its a joke on all the demands he has when it seems likely he just had one or two demands. Despite usually only having four fingers he is still counting when he should have stopped at four.

Chocolate With Nuts / Mermaid Man And Barnacle Boy V - S3-E11

Corrected entry: In this episode, Branacle Boy enters the EVIL society. In that society, Dirty Bubble and Man Ray appear. This is impossible. Dirty Bubble died in Mermaid Man And Barnacle Boy II, and Man Ray stopped being a villain in Mermaid Man And Barnacle Boy III. So if all of this happened, no EVIL society would exist.

Correction: There's nothing to say Dirty Bubble didn't return, Man Ray could have returned to his evil ways. There was nothing preventing them from returning.

Correction: Pearl isn't angry with Spongebob for ruining her dream. She's angry because Spongebob just popped in and disturbed her dream, only for him to leave immediately saying he was looking for Mr. Krabs' dream.

Correction: Mr Krabs has shown on many cases to suddenly change his mind about how the Krusty Krab works. With no notice he has made Spongebob and Squidward deliver pizzas, forced them to work longer hours when he changed it to being open 24 hours a day and so on. Being that its now open Sunday is not exactly too much of a stretch.

Lummie

Correction: The point of the mispronunciation is the joke in the episode. Everyone seems to get his last name so horribly wrong. If you want to be technical, Spongebob doesn't really refer to Squidward by his last name and we can assume that maybe seeing it written on the certificate he presumed it was something different from Tentacles. A bit like how some names can sound and be pronounced much differently from how they are written.

Suggested correction: The pencil is sitting to the right of the paper the entire time. It's hard to notice at first, but it's there.

Plankton: I really can't come outside!
SpongeBob: Why not?
Plankton: Because I'm already out here, you bumbling bottom feeders! Open your eyes for crying out loud!
