Revealing mistake: When Trinni is on top of Shellshock, we see him fall down and it is a model of the yellow ranger on Shellshock's head. (00:16:10)

Character mistake: About halfway through the episode, we see Billy, Zack and Kimberly are frozen because of Shell-shock. Towards the end when Jason and Tommy are in the Zords fighting Shell-shock, the Yellow Ranger comes running with the flowers that unfreeze the Rangers and Zords. The Yellow Ranger yells "Jason, Billy, I have the Diandra flower!" She should have yelled Tommy's name instead of Billy since we know Billy is frozen and that Tommy is the one helping Jason fight Shell-shock.
Suggested correction: She doesn't know that. She was sent running after they were frozen.
Continuity mistake: Tommy goes to hit the spider on Zack's back with the blue folder, and does so. However as the camera cuts the folder vanishes. (00:02:25)
Revealing mistake: When Frankenstein throws the chain around megazord and lifts the megazord, wires can be seen lifting the megazord. (00:14:35)
Continuity mistake: Tommy has rope tied around his wrists when captured by the Puttys. When he breaks free, the rope breaks between the two wrists. However the knots and loops around his wrist vanish instantly. (00:12:15)
Continuity mistake: The Rangers form the megazord, followed by the ultra mega zord. As soon as the wheel is destroyed, the ultra megazord has vanished, to be replaced by the standard megazord. (00:15:25)
Island of Illusion (1) - S1-E28
Revealing mistake: When the Putty patrol first attacks the Rangers, we see Kim jump and do a split kick on 2 Putties. However, she only connects with one but both fly back as though hit. (00:06:55)
Continuity mistake: At the start, Kim falls out of bed and her alarm clock is at an angle to the edge of the bedside table. Camera cuts and it's parallel. (00:01:30)
Audio problem: At the start, Kimberly says "Oh no, an earthquake" however, her mouth doesn't match her words. (00:02:30)
Continuity mistake: As Kim starts talking to Tommy she has 2 folders in her arms. One pink, one black. When she goes to show Tommy something from her folder, the black one disappears. (00:04:30)
Continuity mistake: When the Rangers first morph, they engage in a battle with Goldar. When in this battle, Trini gets a black burn mark on her suit, which promptly vanishes. (00:09:50)
Suggested correction: This was a common occurrence during the entire run of the show, and it was theorized that the suits had an ability to self-repair to keep the Rangers from more harm. The only Ranger to never sustain damage to their suit was Tommy, since he had the Dragon Shield to protect him.
Yes, it's a common occurrence throughout the show, but normally it shows damage until the end of the battle/morph sequence. In the mistake listed above, the damage disappears between camera cuts in the middle of a fight sequence.
In the final battle between the Red and Evil Green Rangers, Jason shows a black impact mark on his chest, but it's gone in the next shot; maybe the suits do self-repair.
Continuity mistake: During the battle involving the Zords, the Samurai pulls four pins out from his head, two each side, leaving a visible gap. However, this gap is filled very soon after, as the pins have reappeared. (00:16:00)
Continuity mistake: Bulk throws some papers in the air in his audition. However a lot more papers fall than were thrown. (00:05:00)
Continuity mistake: When Tommy gives Jason his Power Coin, Jason receives the Overshield and Dragondagger. The positions of Jason's arms change between frames when he receives them.
Revealing mistake: Certain monsters in Zord battles were designed for the first series. This is so Saban could use Japanese footage of ground fights, to save on shooting their own (As the costumes from series 1 carried over into series 2). Sometimes, you can see the Megazord, and Dragonzord, getting attacked (you may need to pause it). It should be the Thunderzord, or Tigerzord.
Revealing mistake: When Rita is shrunk and put into her travelling vessel, the shrunken Rita is a very bad model. (00:12:20)
