The Talons of Weng-Chiang - S14-E6
Audio problem: In episode five, when the Doctor and Leela are in the opium den, the Doctor's lips do not match his spoken dialogue.
Audio problem: About 10 minutes into episode 1, the sound of a pencil being dropped and rolling across the studio floor can be heard. (00:10:00 - 00:11:00)
Audio problem: During Hartnell's big speech about the creation of a solar system, a cough can be heard from off-stage.
The Enemy of the World - S5-E4
Audio problem: In episode 3 of this story it is noticeable that practically every sound in this episode has been re-dubbed and as a result is out of synch - sometimes quite badly. An example is when Milton Johns has his thugs break into Giles Kent's trailer - there's a three-second lag between the breaking of the plates and the sounds they make. (This may be simply due to the only surviving copies in the BBC Archives being these "badly dubbed" ones, recovered from obscure sources).
Audio problem: In episode 3, when the Doctor is squaring off against the drooling madman, it's clear in most of the shots that the sound of the madman's panting is not reflected in his facial and body movements. (00:10:20)
Audio problem: In Part 3 when the Brigadier gets behind the sand pile with Arthur Ollis, the Brigadier asks him "Did you find a way in?" This is not Nicholas Courtney's voice for this one line. He speaks again right after that and it is his voice. (00:13:20)
The Moonbase - S4-E6
Audio problem: In part 4, when the Cybermen are outside The Moonbase controlling the workers, the mouth of the radio operator does not move when he is speaking to them. Furthermore, a few of the Cybermen's mouths outside The Moonbase are stuck open when they have no dialogue.
Answer: In 'The Five Doctors', three separate Cyberleaders are definitely used. So it's likely that Cyberleaders are like unit commanders, of which a fair-sized army might have several.
