There's no way they couldn't have noticed it was Quagmire - the couch was facing the front door! And obviously Quagmire was on top of Loretta considering the fact that he leans up, says something, then she tells him to get back down here and finish.

Continuity mistake: When everyone starts playing charades, Joe is acting out a character. He has black shoes on. The boat throws him overboard and when back on the boat his shoes are white.
Other mistake: During the Vagina Monologues show, the pair of legs casts a shadow but the microphone stand doesn't. (00:00:45)
Continuity mistake: As Brian is saying "OK, you know what, fine, you are a genius", the glass of water disappears. (00:05:55)
Continuity mistake: When Tom Tucker is hit by Peter, his (Tom) left foot is facing his right knee. When the shot moves to include the hooker his left foot is now facing away from his right knee. (00:11:10)
