If this had been a freeze on the part of the director then fair enough, but it isn't as he and particularly Monica are still moving. It just looks rather corny and amateur, as though they are waiting for the "cut" to be called. (00:28:00)

Continuity mistake: When Monica and Chandler are in Las Vegas watching the burlesque show, Chandler turns the light on the middle of the table off to "hide" from his Dad. When Monica calls out saying "Waiter. Waitress.", the light is suddenly back on and remains on for the rest of the scene. (00:15:50)

Continuity mistake: There is a long shot of Rachel and another person sitting on the sofa and Rachel's wine glass is almost empty. She then goes over to the the counter to fill it up. However, before she starts to fill it, a significant quantity of wine can be seen in the glass. (00:07:35)

Visible crew/equipment: When Monica and Chandler are talking in the living room, Monica asks if there is 'anything you'd like to talk about, or share.' On the left of the screen the shadow of a boom mic can be seen moving on the lounge cushion. (00:17:20)
Answer: The statements that she's contradicting (that it is common, it happens to every guy, and it's not a big deal), are the things that a woman commonly says to a man who is suffering from erectile difficulty, typically to assuage his bruised ego. However, most men do not believe that these statements are true, as evidenced by Chandler's outburst. He's so caught up in the proof that women are lying about it that he gives himself away.
