The One With Ross and Monica's Cousin - S7-E19

Continuity mistake: When Monica comes into Phoebe's apartment for her Surprise Bridal Shower, the view of the hallway outside the apartment is a dead end on the right side (the left side cannot be seen), however, in S7:E12 (The One Where They're Up All Night), both when Phoebe is disposing of the fire alarm and when the fireman is at the door, it is clear that there is another apartment opposite hers, as well as a trash chute on the right side. The One With Rachel's Assistant - S7-E4

Continuity mistake: Ross has always said that Carol was his first (and only, until Julie) sexual partner, but in the episode where they tell each others secrets Chandler says Ross slept with the cleaner when they were at college. Some people say that Ross had kept it a secret, and that's why it had never come out before, but considering that he categorically states several times over series one and two how he'd only EVER been with Carol, getting quite upset at times, that explanation just doesn't ring true.

The One Where Rosita Dies - S7-E13

Continuity mistake: When Chandler and Rachel figure out that the chairs were switched they both head over to Joey's apartment. When they enter the apartment, the new black chair can be seen with tags attached to the top and left side. When the scene cuts to Joey sitting down the tags are all missing from the chair. The One With All The Cheesecakes - S7-E11

Continuity mistake: When Ross and Monica are at the wedding reception talking to the other guests at their table, a lady wearing a red scarf is standing behind them with her back turned. Throughout the scene the red scarf keeps changing position very quickly - in one shot it's slid down one shoulder, then back up in the next and then slid down again. At the end of the scene it's off her back entirely and she has just slung it over her arms. (00:12:15 - 00:13:15)

The One With Ross's Teeth - S6-E8

Monica: What happened to your teeth?
Ross: I whitened them.
Chandler: Really?
Ross: Yeah, what... What do you think?
Monica: Well, uh, I think I shouldn't look directly at them.
Ross: Come on, seriously.
Monica: Ross, they're really, really, really white!
Chandler: Yeah, what was wrong with your old... Human teeth?
Ross: Well, I did leave the gel on a little longer than it said to.
Monica: How much longer?
Ross: Uh, uh... A day.
Monica: Ross, you know that tonight is your date with Hillary?
Ross: I know! That's why I did it! Come on, are they really that bad?
Chandler: No. No, no, no, you'll be fine. Hilary's blind, right?
Monica: She will be after tonight.

Trivia: The Magna-doodle on the door in the boys apartment has a different picture on it every episode. There is usually some tenuous connection between the picture and the plot of the episode.

The One With The Jellyfish - S4-E1

Question: When Ross and Rachel are fighting, Chandler hides behind the door and bursts out saying, "I knew it!" When Rachel says, "It's not that common, it doesn't happen to every guy, and it is a big deal!" is this just a Chandler moment or is there another joke I have missed?

Answer: The statements that she's contradicting (that it is common, it happens to every guy, and it's not a big deal), are the things that a woman commonly says to a man who is suffering from erectile difficulty, typically to assuage his bruised ego. However, most men do not believe that these statements are true, as evidenced by Chandler's outburst. He's so caught up in the proof that women are lying about it that he gives himself away.
