The One With The Apothecary Table - S6-E11

Continuity mistake: In the previous episode, Monica's Christmas tree is up in her apartment. After the party, Joey kisses Janine. In the next episode, he walks into Monica's apartment and says he just kissed her. However, Monica's tree is down and they have all changed their clothes. Surely if he just kissed her then it is still the same night of the party, therefore the tree should be up and Monica, Ross and Joey should be wearing the same clothes from the party. (00:00:05)

The One With The Apothecary Table - S6-E11

Continuity mistake: When Phoebe and Rachel are first talking about the apothecary table, there are two piles of CDs on it. In the side shot you can see that the two CDs on the top of the pile in front of Rachel are overhanging by a few centimetres. A few shots later, however, the top two CDs are overhanging on a different side. (00:06:05)

The One With The Apothecary Table - S6-E11

Continuity mistake: When Janine goes into the hallway to apologize to Monica about her behavior at dinner, she runs into Monica who says, "What did I tell you about the hall?" As she says this, she is pointing her right forefinger at Janine and her right shoulder is leaned in closer to her. When Janine says "I was just coming over here to apologize for my behavior," the camera cuts to Monica, who is now standing with her left shoulder leaning in toward her. The camera cuts back to Janine as she says "I'd really like it if we could be friends" and then back to Monica for her next line, where she again has switched to her right shoulder leaning toward Janine. The One With The Joke - S6-E12

Continuity mistake: In the coffee shop Phoebe is not in the scene. After Joey puts his apron on, the camera shows Phoebe is next to Rachel. The One With The Joke - S6-E12

The One With The Joke - S6-E12

Continuity mistake: In the scene in the coffee shop where Joey tells his friends about him closing down the coffee shop when he went to the audition, as Rachel says "He left work in the middle of the day to do a personal errand?" two men walk past behind the group. As she continues talking just a few moments later, the same exact men walk past again.

The One With Rachel's Sister - S6-E13

Continuity mistake: When Jill drops her shopping bags on the coffee shop table, the small blue Tiffany's bag is visible on the end of the 'line'. But it is not visible in any shots after Rachel comes in. Additionally, when Rachel grabs the bags and leaves, Ross seems to pick the little blue bag up off the floor, though it is not shown how the bag got there. (00:05:35)

Trivia: The Magna-doodle on the door in the boys apartment has a different picture on it every episode. There is usually some tenuous connection between the picture and the plot of the episode.

The One With The Dirty Girl - S4-E6

Question: When Joey asks why he can't give Kathy the pen, Chandler says, "Because she's not eleven. And it's not the seventh night of Chanukah." What is Chandler talking about when he says, "It's not the seventh night of Chanukah?"

Answer: Usually by the seventh night of Hanukkah you don't know what to get the other person, and you will probably resort to getting the other person something insignificant. Chandler is basically saying that the pen is a stupid gift.

Answer: Chanukah is a Jewish celebration that occurs around the same time as the Christian Christmas. The celebration lasts for eight days and it is customary to give a small gift on each of the eight days. There is no special gift required and the line about it being "the seventh night" of Chanukah is just Chandler's sarcasm.
