Continuity mistake: Ross is in his apartment, and he is saying he will miss it. Throughout the scene, the phone appears and disappears from beside the charger cradle. (00:10:10)

The One With All The Kissing - S5-E2
Continuity mistake: In the Central Perk scene where Rachel is telling Ross she loves him, Ross is sitting at the small round table. The blue cup and the white cup with the lid move positions throughout the scene. (00:16:25)

The One With All The Kissing - S5-E2
Continuity mistake: In the scene after Monica pretends to drop socks in the hallway in order to prevent Rachel from telling Ross she still loves him, Rachel goes back into the apartment and locks Monica out. Monica then starts to pound on the door with her bare left hand. The scene changes to the apartment and Ross opens the door to let Monica in. All of a sudden Monica is pounding the door with her right hand wrapped in a sock. (This continuity problem is for the widescreen version, where we see a closeup of Monica not seen on the DVD, in the hallway with a bare hand right before Ross opens the door. However, on the DVD there are extra shots of Ross and Rachel after seeing Monica's bare hand pounding and then seeing her with the sock on her hand, which gives her ample time to put it on). (00:11:45)

The One With The Girl Who Hits Joey - S5-E15
Other mistake: When Ross and Phoebe are eating cheese puffs and party mix out of the bags, Phoebe's bag reads "Heez-I" instead of Cheez-It, and the brand "Sunshine" has been covered.

The One Where Ross Can't Flirt - S5-E19
Continuity mistake: After Joey runs out of the apartment to go make the fake videotape, when it cuts to Rachel walking back into the apartment the table with the tablecloth is quite far away from the front door, but when Caitlin knocks and Ross rushes to go flirt with her that table is near the door. (00:13:35 - 00:15:15)

The One With The Girl Who Hits Joey - S5-E15
Continuity mistake: When Ross tells Chandler and Rachel that he's running out to buy name tags for his party, in the next shot the water bottle beside Rachel does not have its cap on, but it cuts to Rachel's closeup and the cap is on. Other differences can be seen as well, such as Rachel's hair and an extra utensil.

The One With Rachel's Inadvertent Kiss - S5-E17
Continuity mistake: While the two couples are at the restaurant, Chandler has a beer and Gary, Monica, and Phoebe have margaritas, and the amount of liquid in Gary's margarita glass keeps changing, back and forth from less to more.

The One With The Ride-Along - S5-E20
Continuity mistake: When Rachel is at Ross' apartment she gets the blender and while she's standing at the window talking to Monica on the phone the kitchen door is closed, then it's wide open, and then closed again.

The One With Ross's Sandwich - S5-E9
Continuity mistake: During the literature class, when they're discussing Wuthering Heights all the writing on the blackboard changes, and the word "conflict" is first spelled correctly, but then it's spelled without the letter L.

The One With All The Kissing - S5-E2
Continuity mistake: In The One With All The Kissing, Phoebe grabs a photo of the other 5 by the Tower of London. When we see a shot of her a few seconds later drawing herself into the photo, it's a different photograph. (00:07:25)

The One With Rachel's Inadvertent Kiss - S5-E17
Visible crew/equipment: After Monica tells Rachel that a guy from Ralph Lauren called and they want her for a second interview, when Rachel walks toward the TV and then when she stands in front of the TV, we can see a few tapes marks on the floor. One of those tape marks is also visible in one of Joey's closeups.

The One With Joey's Bag - S5-E13
Continuity mistake: When Phoebe realises she just met her dad she turns to her friends to share the news, and in the closeup she's holding a pair of 3D glasses in her right hand and Monica's holding a pair in her left hand, but in the next wideshot both of those glasses have vanished. (00:09:15)

The One With Joey's Bag - S5-E13
Continuity mistake: When Chandler speeds up the timer for his turn he places the timer down at the right side of the pillow, but it's at the opposite side of the pillow when he lies down. Then before Monica starts giving Chandler his massage, she sets the timer and places it near the foot of the bed which we see in Chandler's closeup, but in the next shot when she says, "Say goodbye to sore muscles," oblivious to Chandler's pain, the timer is lying by the pillows behind her, near the head of the bed. Note, in the "uncut scene" version, Chandler grabs the timer to speed up his torture, and Monica takes it out of his hand thinking he was going to add more time, then she places the timer behind her. (00:00:25)

The One Where Ross Can't Flirt - S5-E19
Continuity mistake: When Ross first tries to flirt with the pizza girl he has money in his hand. When Chandler walks over he gives his own money for the pizza, she leaves, and Ross still has his money. In the next shot when he shuts the door, his hands are empty, then it is back in the next shot when Ross yells at Chandler.

The One With Rachel's Inadvertent Kiss - S5-E17
Continuity mistake: When Rachel returns from her first interview at Ralph Lauren she takes out a bottle of water out of the fridge. In the following shot her hands are empty and there are only Chandler's and Joey's bottles on the table. Rachel's bottle reappears on the table next to Chandler's and Joey's bottles (that are also standing closer together than before) for a moment just when Chandler starts saying "Well, you could have tried not kissing him" and then vanishes again. (00:06:20 - 00:07:15)
Answer: The statements that she's contradicting (that it is common, it happens to every guy, and it's not a big deal), are the things that a woman commonly says to a man who is suffering from erectile difficulty, typically to assuage his bruised ego. However, most men do not believe that these statements are true, as evidenced by Chandler's outburst. He's so caught up in the proof that women are lying about it that he gives himself away.
