The One With Phoebe's Birthday Dinner - S9-E5

Continuity mistake: Rachel is telling Ross why she doesn't want to go to the dinner, and she says "the first sign is I don't want to, and...I'm not going'. While she says this, her left hand is completely empty, but then in the next shot the camera goes back to Ross and she is now holding the baby monitor in that hand. It then moves around in different shots afterwards. (00:06:10)

Suggested correction: She comes in with that baby monitor and it never leaves the sight of camera.

The One With Phoebe's Birthday Dinner - S9-E5

Factual error: The restaurant refuses to take anyone's orders until they're all seated, which means that the group is sitting, occupying a table, without earning any revenue for the restaurant. There isn't a restaurant in NYC that would have such a policy, since it basically guarantees that a table becomes a revenue vacuum. (It also makes for very unhappy customers, but that doesn't qualify it as a factual error, since some restaurants might be actually stupid enough to not care about their return customers).

The One With the Male Nanny - S9-E6

Continuity mistake: Towards the end, during a scene at Ross and Rachel's, Sandy picks up two puppets and puts them on each hand. He starts pulling the blue one onto his left hand, but when the angle changes there's a yellow one on his left hand, and a blue one on his right. It cuts to Ross, then when we go back to Sandy they've changed hands again. (00:24:30)

The One With the Male Nanny - S9-E6

Continuity mistake: When Ross walks in on Sandy and Joey playing the recorders, Joey puts his recorder down on the table in front of him, when Ross storms out of the room, the recorder is in a totally different position and also on the far end of the table. (00:24:55)

The One With the Male Nanny - S9-E6

Continuity mistake: When Ross storms into the kitchen, exasperated by Sandy, he is immediately followed by Rachel - but she had just been holding Emma, and there wasn't enough time for her to have given Emma to Sandy before storming into the kitchen. (00:25:00)

The One With the Male Nanny - S9-E6

Continuity mistake: The hallway outside Ross' new apartment (series 6 onwards) always changes. Sometimes, the apartment is at the end of a dead-end corridor, and there is a plant outside, covering up the wall; sometimes you can go past the apartment and turn left or right; or, as in this episode, you can only turn right immediately after you have passed the apartment. The One With Ross's Teeth - S6-E8

Monica: What happened to your teeth?
Ross: I whitened them.
Chandler: Really?
Ross: Yeah, what... What do you think?
Monica: Well, uh, I think I shouldn't look directly at them.
Ross: Come on, seriously.
Monica: Ross, they're really, really, really white!
Chandler: Yeah, what was wrong with your old... Human teeth?
Ross: Well, I did leave the gel on a little longer than it said to.
Monica: How much longer?
Ross: Uh, uh... A day.
Monica: Ross, you know that tonight is your date with Hillary?
Ross: I know! That's why I did it! Come on, are they really that bad?
Chandler: No. No, no, no, you'll be fine. Hilary's blind, right?
Monica: She will be after tonight.

The One With The Jellyfish - S4-E1

Question: When Ross and Rachel are fighting, Chandler hides behind the door and bursts out saying, "I knew it!" When Rachel says, "It's not that common, it doesn't happen to every guy, and it is a big deal!" is this just a Chandler moment or is there another joke I have missed?

Answer: The statements that she's contradicting (that it is common, it happens to every guy, and it's not a big deal), are the things that a woman commonly says to a man who is suffering from erectile difficulty, typically to assuage his bruised ego. However, most men do not believe that these statements are true, as evidenced by Chandler's outburst. He's so caught up in the proof that women are lying about it that he gives himself away.
