Continuity mistake: Phoebe comes in wearing Santa pants. When Joey and Chandler point this out, Chandler's legs are crossed or uncrossed, depending on the camera angle. (00:04:10)

Revealing mistake: When they are using cards to bet on the Knicks tickets, watch Joey carefully as he goes to reshuffle the pack from behind the arm of the chair. It's obvious that there are two decks, and he is in fact switching them over. (00:13:40)

Visible crew/equipment: After Joey convinces Chandler to agree to the bet, when Phoebe walks over to the recliners and tells everyone that she has a game, the camera can be seen moving at the right side of the screen. (DVD).

Factual error: The guys are gone for a single night, watching the Knicks game. (You can tell this because they talk about how "we can go see the game tonight," and when they get back everyone's wearing the same clothes as that conversation.) When they get back, both apartments are completely switched back: the large, heavy furniture is replaced, the posters are re-hung, etc. Even if they were gone from, say, 6 p.m. to midnight or so, there is no way that Rachel and Monica would be able to make that transition in that kind of time.

Factual error: The chain in Rachel and Monica's apartment is ridiculously long. A chain's only purpose is to keep people from being able to get in, even with a key, because it's so short that nobody can reach for the lock to unlock it. That chain is so obviously long enough that Chandler could have easily unlocked it; anyone could. Nobody would have – and no landlord would install – a chain that long.

Continuity mistake: The singing neighbor is more than halfway done tying his tie but when Rachel yells at him, the tie is merely draped around his neck.

Continuity mistake: When Chandler tells Joey that he should go to a sleep clinic, Monica puts her coffee cup on the table, but then it reappears in her hands and disappears repeatedly. (00:02:00)

Continuity mistake: Rachel takes a drink from the Jones Soda and sets the bottle down. A second later, the bottle is fuller than it was to begin with. (00:10:05)

Continuity mistake: Ross comes into Chandler and Joey's apartment to ask the guys and Rachel what they are doing in four weeks, the Magna Doodle behind him first says "poop", then its screen is blank. We cut to Joey checking his diary, cut back to Ross, and it now has "get out" written on it. [Fullscreen version]. (00:10:35)

Continuity mistake: When Chandler is telling Monica and Phoebe about the girl who picked him over Joey, look behind him and you will see Gunther nodding to a lady in a denim jacket. In the next shot, the woman walks up to the counter again, and again Gunther is nodding at her. (00:17:00)

Visible crew/equipment: When it's Monica's turn to catch the bouquet she and Phoebe switch places, and just as Phoebe asks her if she's ready, in the wideshot studio lighting rigs can be seen at the top of the screen.

Visible crew/equipment: After Ross announces that he and Emily will be getting married in a month, there's a shot of Joey and Chandler, and when it cuts back to Ross saying, "Yup!" the reflection of the boom mic can be seen on the framed picture hanging on the bathroom door.

Visible crew/equipment: When Ross asks Rachel how she feels about him marrying Emily, several stage lights can be seen in the reflection of the TV during the entire scene.

Continuity mistake: When Rachel suggests to Joshua that they should get married, he says "What?", and his hands are out in front of him. The camera cuts to a wide shot and his hands are now on his thighs. Cut back to Joshua and his hands are now out in front of him with his fingers interlocked.

Continuity mistake: When Joey says that Ross needs to choose his best man before handing out of the ring, the camera cuts to Chandler. In the background you can see Joey getting up from the chair, but when it cuts back to Joey he is sitting down and then gets up in that shot. (00:02:01)

Visible crew/equipment: In Joey and Chandler's apartment, when Joey is with talking to the stripper about the duck and chicken, the edge of the set is visible where Joey's bedroom is supposed to be. The wall stops short after only a couple feet [widescreen version]. (00:09:00)

Visible crew/equipment: While Joey, Ross, and Chandler are waiting at the vet's office, in the following flashback scenes with the duck, when Joey bathes the duck the end of the bathroom set wall can be seen at the right; and when Chandler's sitting in the canoe with the duck in the pail, a crew member can be seen where the set wall ends. Revealing mistake: In the scene when they confront the stripper at Chandler's office. Ross starts shouting about his grandmother's ring, and as Chandler says "way to be cool, man", you can see Joey ducking behind Ross, covering his mouth with laughter. A brief cut away, then back and he's standing with the others again looking serious. Widescreen version only.
