Continuity mistake: At the start of the episode, when Joey says to Alexander, "Hey Alexander, looks like you're not so great after all," Black Luster Soldier can be seen in front of Yugi. When the shot cuts, Black Luster Soldier is behind Yugi. (00:02:23)

Continuity mistake: When Alexander has his monster fire at Solomon, Solomon has his right arm raised toward his head. When the shot cuts, his right arm is lowered towards his abdomen. (00:15:16)

Continuity mistake: When Solomon realises he survived the attack, no one else can be seen around him. Then in the next shot, Happy Lover is visible to his right and Baby Dragon is visible in front of him, both of whom should have been visible in the previous shot. (00:15:27)

Continuity mistake: When Alexander is running up the stairs after getting the necklace, it has a chain around the pendant. Seconds later, he runs up to the door that requires the pendant to open it; the chain has disappeared from the necklace without him ever being shown removing it, leaving only the pendant. (00:18:53)

Continuity mistake: When Yugi falls to the ground, Joey says, "Yugi," and Tristan turns his head to face them. At this moment, Joey's arms are mostly lowered, and Tristan has his back to Yugi and his head turned. But in the next shot, Joey's arms are raised and Tristan has turned around (also with his arms raised). (00:14:51)

Continuity mistake: Tea uses her Dark Witch monster to see which of the demons casts a shadow. When it's revealed who casts a shadow, the shadow is positioned behind the woman at an angle to the left. But in a close-up of the shadow, it is directly behind the woman, with no rotation. (00:10:54)
The Fiendish Five, Part 2 - S1-E10
Continuity mistake: When Alexander the Great enters Dr Brisbane's body, Dr Brisbane is kneeling on the floor. His hands are positioned halfway along the floor tile. The shot cuts to Yugi asking Brisbane if he is feeling OK, but when the shot cuts back, his hands are placed directly on the lining of the floor tiles. The floor tiles also appear to have gotten smaller in between the two shots. (00:17:35)

Continuity mistake: Upon returning to the real world, the main characters are standing while holding hands together. In the first shot, Tristan is on Joey's left and Tea is on Joey's right. When the shot cuts, both Tristan and Tea are on Joey's right. (00:15:28)

Continuity mistake: When the village girl is thanking the main characters, in the shot of her saying "for you silenced an enemy that has threatened us for centuries," Joey's arms are at his side. But in the next shot, his left hand is rubbing the side of his head. (00:11:29)

Continuity mistake: When the dragon appears in front of Joey, he says, "Well, here goes," and prepares to load the duel disk. His arms are extended away from his body when he says this, but when it cuts to him inserting the capsule, his left forearm is now extended forwards. (00:12:46)

Revealing mistake: After Joey and Tristan fail to remove the sword, Tristan asks Yugi to remove it instead. While he is asking, "Yugi, why don't you give it a go?", his eyes don't appear to be aligned with where Yugi is standing. Yugi is standing at the bottom of the stairs in front of Tristan, but Tristan is looking to the left. (00:10:35)

Continuity mistake: Joey tells the villagers if they lose the fight, then Tristan can be sacrificed, to which Tristan replies, "Oh, real nice." When this happens, Yugi's right hand is on his hip. When it cuts to a shot focusing on him, his right hand is raised to his chest. (00:09:17)
Continuity mistake: When Tristan finds the huge green melon, in the shot from behind him, his left forearm is extended to the left slightly. When the shot cuts, his left arm is pointed directly downwards. (00:03:38)
