Continuity mistake: At the start of the episode, when Joey says to Alexander, "Hey Alexander, looks like you're not so great after all," Black Luster Soldier can be seen in front of Yugi. When the shot cuts, Black Luster Soldier is behind Yugi. (00:02:23)

Continuity mistake: When Yugi falls to the ground, Joey says, "Yugi," and Tristan turns his head to face them. At this moment, Joey's arms are mostly lowered, and Tristan has his back to Yugi and his head turned. But in the next shot, Joey's arms are raised and Tristan has turned around (also with his arms raised). (00:14:51)

Continuity mistake: Upon returning to the real world, the main characters are standing while holding hands together. In the first shot, Tristan is on Joey's left and Tea is on Joey's right. When the shot cuts, both Tristan and Tea are on Joey's right. (00:15:28)

Continuity mistake: When the village girl is thanking the main characters, in the shot of her saying "for you silenced an enemy that has threatened us for centuries," Joey's arms are at his side. But in the next shot, his left hand is rubbing the side of his head. (00:11:29)

Continuity mistake: When the five-headed dragon lands on the ground at the start of the episode, there is a close-up of its feet as it lands. Then it cuts to a wide shot and the feet are further apart. (00:02:10)

Continuity mistake: When the dragon appears in front of Joey, he says, "Well, here goes," and prepares to load the duel disk. His arms are extended away from his body when he says this, but when it cuts to him inserting the capsule, his left forearm is now extended forwards. (00:12:46)

Continuity mistake: When Joey is walking through the windy forest, he places his right hand on the tree beside him. His hand appears to be aligned with his neck and shoulder, but when the shot cuts, his hand is further up and is now aligned with the top of his head. (00:11:28)

Continuity mistake: When Yugi asks Alexander the Great, "What exactly are you doing here?", he is standing at a 90-degree angle perpendicular to Alexander. Yugi is also standing at a 90-degree angle perpendicular to Joey. When the shot cuts, he is standing at the same angle as Joey and is now directly facing Alexander. (00:02:55)
Revealing mistake: Just as the episode ends, the main characters are walking through the portal. When the shot is pulling back, they are walking, but they don't appear to be moving forwards. They are just repeating the same walking animation. This becomes apparent when the door frame is visible in the shot, and it's clear they aren't moving forwards. (00:20:35)
Continuity mistake: When the main characters are walking up the stairs at the end of the episode, Yugi is in the middle, with Tristan and Solomon on his left and Joey and Tea on his right. But in the next shot, Tristan and Solomon are directly behind Yugi. (00:20:26)
Continuity mistake: After Tristan opens the rock capsule, Tea is shown walking around a corner to find a dead end. Her arms are at her side, but when the shot cuts, her right hand is placed on the wall. (00:08:53)
Continuity mistake: When Tristan finds the huge green melon, in the shot from behind him, his left forearm is extended to the left slightly. When the shot cuts, his left arm is pointed directly downwards. (00:03:38)
Continuity mistake: When the main characters discover the exit from the volcano, in the shot where Tea asks, "Gee, what gave it away, Yugi?", she is standing ahead of Solomon on his left. In the next shot, she is standing directly in front of him. (00:19:47)
Continuity mistake: When Yugi returns to Tea, Tristan, and Solomon to continue fighting Joey, Yugi says, "I'll do it," and Tristan turns his head to look at him. When Tristan does this, his back is facing Yugi, and he turns his head to the left to face him. When the shot cuts, his back is facing away from Yugi, and he turns his head to the right to face him. (00:15:36)
Continuity mistake: When Joey flies down towards Tea, Tristan, and Solomon after Tristan says they need to pull out the sword before it sinks into the volcano, he is holding an axe at an upward angle. Joey then says, "Not on my watch, Tristan," and the axe is pointed downwards. (00:15:24)
Continuity mistake: After getting the scroll, Dark Witch returns to Tea's duel disk. When this happens, Tea is holding the scroll at a horizontal angle. She then hands it to Solomon, and she is holding it at a vertical angle. (00:05:47)
