When Tristan does this, his back is facing Yugi, and he turns his head to the left to face him. When the shot cuts, his back is facing away from Yugi, and he turns his head to the right to face him. Continuity mistake: When Joey flies down towards Tea, Tristan, and Solomon after Tristan says they need to pull out the sword before it sinks into the volcano, he is holding an axe at an upward angle. Joey then says, "Not on my watch, Tristan," and the axe is pointed downwards. (00:15:24)
Continuity mistake: After getting the scroll, Dark Witch returns to Tea's duel disk. When this happens, Tea is holding the scroll at a horizontal angle. She then hands it to Solomon, and she is holding it at a vertical angle. (00:05:47)

Continuity mistake: When Tristan is riding the dragon after being saved from falling into the lava, in the shot where he looks to the other main characters, he is holding onto the dragon's horns with his forearms at an elevated angle. When the shot cuts, his forearms are holding the horns at a level angle. (00:07:40)
Continuity mistake: When the main characters are talking about how Joey's enthusiasm led them to the capsule monsters world, Solomon says, "and as the resident historical expert, I suppose I have a job to do too," and puts his hand over the bottom of his face. His hand is touching his beard when he does this, but in a closer shot, his hand is further up and is touching his cheek. (00:03:25)
