Then just as Gandy says that he loves Lilah and never meant to hurt her, the bouncing microphone becomes visible at the lower center of the screen, in front of Rockford's leg. (00:17:35)
Continuity mistake: After Rocky tells Houston about her grandfather's murder Rockford tells his dad to give her a little time, and then it cuts to the closeup of Houston slamming the butter onto a rectangular butter dish. In the next shot some changes include the rectangular butter dish is now a round plate, and the white laminate counter has changed into a yellow patterned ceramic tile countertop. (00:19:50)
Visible crew/equipment: When Rockford and Rocky are seated at the table, an angry Houston brings the butter to the table and takes a seat, then just as Rockford tells her to let the police handle it, the shadow of the moving boom mic is visible on the wall beside the doorway, on the right side of the screen. Visible crew/equipment: Rockford and Beth show up at Clementi's book signing, and they give him the injunction to stop sales of the book. When Clementi stands up he calls to Ben, and before he says, "Ben, come here," the white T-mark taped to the floor becomes visible. (00:47:20)
Visible crew/equipment: After Beth gets Rockford out of jail she tells him to behave, and to go home and read a book, then when Beth walks away the reflection of the boom pole and mic becomes visible on the pickup's windshield. (00:16:30)
Visible crew/equipment: When Rockford first walks into Solly's office, just as he tells Solly to take a break and sit down, the shadow of the moving boom mic is visible on the wall on the right side of the screen. (00:37:30)
Visible crew/equipment: Angel pretends to be London during the meeting with Striker, and when Striker tells "London" that he's prepared to make him a counter-offer, in the next shot facing Angel set equipment wiggles into view at the top, right side of the screen. (00:23:35)
Continuity mistake: At the start, when Claire is being chased by the two goons, as they make a sharp right turn their car's front left hubcap flies across the street, then when they pull up behind Claire's parked car, the hubcap reappears on their tire. (00:02:40)
Continuity mistake: During the car chase, when Rockford pulls into a lot thinking he dodged Hammel's two goons a moment later they back up, and as they make a sharp spin their car's front left hubcap flies off, but it reappears on that tire a few shots later. (00:22:55)

Continuity mistake: When Rockford walks into the Mayfair bathroom there's a guy at one of the sinks. The style of the sink and faucet is entirely different between the closeups and wide shots. (00:46:00)
Resurrection in Black & White - S2-E8
Visible crew/equipment: Near the end, when Rockford is at Elber's boat slip Susan drives up and parks. Then just as Rockford walks over to Susan's car, note that on Rockford's car we can see the reflection of the boom operator (wearing a red jacket) on the door, and the reflection of the moving boom pole/microphone on the roof (there's also a reflection of the stationary telephone pole on the roof). Visible crew/equipment: While Diel is out in the field investigating the body in the car trunk he makes the connection between Brice and Sandstrom. When he walks over to his car to speak to Sherman on the radio, the reflection of the moving boom pole/mic is visible on the car's windows. (00:35:50)

Visible crew/equipment: When Rockford goes to the land sales office Murray tells him they're closed, then as they both walk over to Murray's briefcase, two white T-marks are visible on the red carpet. (00:06:00)
Continuity mistake: When Rockford finds the rock band clipping amongst Aura Lee's collection of matchbooks, it's been cut directly above the heading "Underground Railroad" when we see it in closeup twice. First time at the beach, then later when Rockford and Sara start back at square one. but while they're still back at square one Rockford phones Becker, and now the words "Coming Soon!" precede the "Underground Railroad" heading. Deliberate mistake: After Rockford pulls into the gas station and wipes down the windshield he speeds away to lose the tail. When he passes the park bench it's a flipped shot, then when the tail passes the park bench it's another flipped shot. (00:18:15)

Visible crew/equipment: While Rockford and Audrey are with Becker at the police station talking about Lt. Diel, when the officer opens the door and tells Becker to book him up, the individual white tape marks are visible on the floor at both of the actor's feet. (00:12:45)
Backlash of the Hunter - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: While Rockford is in the Mayfair bathroom he deliberately spills soap on the floor, and when he places his hand in his pocket to remove the roll of coins the closeup is a flipped shot. Note the direction of the buttons. (00:46:55)
Continuity mistake: When Rockford and Tawnia are at the drive-in restaurant having burgers, the window tray clips are either yellow or red depending on the angle of the shot. (00:34:40)

Visible crew/equipment: When Angel shows up at the police station while Rockford is with Becker, just as Becker walks toward Angel, the white T-mark is visible on the floor near the door. (00:12:00)
