Continuity mistake: When Ash asks, "Posters?" the posters of a boy with an orange shirt and the one to the right of it are four centimetres apart and are wider than half the length of them, but in the next shot, they are two centimetres apart and are as wide as half the length of them. Also, the one to the right of the poster of a boy with an orange shirt has a green background, but in the next shot, it has a green and grey background. (00:02:32)

Pokemon Scent-sation! - S1-E26

Continuity mistake: When Erika asks if she is overcharging her customers for inferior perfume, there is a sign, but in the next scene, there is not. Also, there is a poster below the top of a doorway with a ring pointing to the left of it, but in the next scene, it is above the doorway with its ring pointing to the right of it. Additionally, there is a plant next to the poster, but in the next scene, it disappears. (00:02:36)

Continuity mistake: When A.J. says, "Of course, the recipe is secret," his right arm is raised while his left hand is at his side, but in the next shot, his right arm is at his side while his left hand is raised. Also, some of the jars behind him are 75 percent filled and have Pokémon on their labels, but in the next shot, they are filled halfway and do not have Pokémon on their labels. (00:10:45)

Pokemon Emergency! - S1-E2

Continuity mistake: When Nurse Joy says that it is not necessary for Team Rocket to be at the Pokémon Center, James', Jessie's, Meowth's, Ekans', and the stairs' positions change. Also, the way Ekans is curled up changes. Additionally, Jessie's right earring goes from being present to being absent. (00:13:44)

Answer: There are a lot of fan theories around this, but the most common theme is that Pikachu had another trainer before Prof. Oak, who gave him to Ash. Pikachu didn't appreciate being handed over.

Answer: Well he had just caught him in the wild. Didn't even catch him with a traditional poke ball but like tied him up with a rope. So I would imagine so, yes.

Sorry, I misread the question. I thought you were asking "DOES" he dislike Ash, not Why. It's been a while since I've seen the full episode. But from what I recall, Pikachu was wild, and Ash caught him through unconventional means without a pokeball. Tying him up with rope and stuff. So that's a good reason for any animal to not like someone when forced into a captive state in such a way.
