Greenman37

Corrected entry: Towards the beginning, when Marty returns to 1985 and walks up to Biff's hotel he runs into the town drunk and refers to him as "Red." Red was the mayor in 1955, shown in the first movie when a campaign van is driving around the town square saying "Re-elect Mayor Red Wilson".

Correction: He actually says "Brett" - the joke being that Brett from the normal 1985 (the town drunk) is exactly the same in the alternate 1985. Hes the only one who hasn't changed, hence the way Marty says his name.

Correction: This is not trivia, this is part of the plot.

Greenman37

Correction: The names of the mayors are mixed up in this entry. The 1955 mayor was Red Thomas and the 1985 mayor was Goldie Wilson.

No that's the point. Red Thomas has fallen on very hard times in this alternate timeline 30 years later and has become the town drunk.

Bob Gale said this isn't true, the name was improvised.

Corrected entry: The F16s striking the Decepticons in the end battle actually are F/A18s. Also, F16s aren't used on aircraft carriers.

Correction: They never show F16s on an aircraft carrier. They do show F16s taking off from a ground base.

Lois Kills Stewie (2) - S6-E6

Corrected entry: As Lois sprays the Oval Office with machine-gun fire, she hits all the Presidential portraits with bullets, but fixates on George W. Bush's, shredding it to pieces. A few scenes later, the GWB portrait is shown with just a few holes in it, hardly shredded.

Correction: As stated at the end of the episode it was only a simulation almost like a dream. Due to the programming of the simulation there could have been a flaw that caused the picture to fix itself.

Hercules (1997)

Corrected entry: When they first get to Phil's house, the door opens inwards. When they leave his house, it opens outwards.

Correction: Its called a swinging door. It opens both ways.

Corrected entry: When Hans Landa surrenders to Aldo at the end of the movie, he is handcuffed behind his back. Moments later a swastika is carved into his forehead. During Landa's agony you see his hand ripping out grass out of the earth. Not only do you see one uncuffed hand, but it also is not hidden under his back even though he is lying on the ground face-up. Surely, his handcuffs were not removed for the little torture.

BlueCell

Correction: You are speculating that they wouldn't remove the handcuffs. That's not to say they didn't.

Bring it On (2000)

Corrected entry: When the first cheer starts (I'm sexy, I'm cute.) Everybody steps to side, and finally, Big Red start to sing. In the next shot, everyone has taken their positions behind Big Red. How could they do that without be seen? She could has gone under, but then we will have seen them.

Public Enemies (2009)

Corrected entry: During the shot of the prison front gates at beginning of movie, to the left of the gate is a outside tv/cable box where a cable technician would normally hook up cable from outside. Cable was not around in 1930's.

Correction: That was the wiring to the PA/alarm system that had speakers attached to the overhang above the doorway. More than likely installed after an upgrade to the prison's "modern security system" of the 1930s.

Greenman37

Corrected entry: On several occasions in the movie, you can see the US Air Force roundel displayed on aircraft not used by the Air Force, such as F-18s.

Correction: The star roundel is used by all branches of the US Military.

Greenman37

Corrected entry: In the first helicopter assault scene, the door gun is a 7.62MM chain gun with multiple barrels; later, it becomes a single barrel M-60D.

Correction: There were several helicopters in the opening scene and they had different types of guns on them. This "mistake" isn't specific enough. Resubmit with more information.

Star Trek (2009)

Corrected entry: During the scenes involving Captain Pike's interrogation on the Narada, they show him strapped to a chair which is in a pool of water. They later show a bird's eye view of him in the chair with no pool of water in sight, followed shortly by a side view in which the sloshing of the water can again be heard.

Correction: Having seen the movie a couple of times, the water is always visible in the overhead shots.
