Rev.Erebus

Factual error: A girl is playing with a Tamagotchi virtual pet in the scene set in 1994, but the toy was not released in Japan until 1996 (it wasn't officially available in the USA until May 1997).

Feast (2005)

Visible crew/equipment: Near the end, when the monster has crashed through the wall of the bar, the monster rips off his deer skull mask/helmet to show his true face. As soon as he tears the mask/helmet away, look carefully to the right of the screen. For a split second, you can see the black outline of a person standing beside it. (This is revealed in the commentary.)

Alexander (2004)

Revealing mistake: When Alexander rides towards the elephant of the Indian King, his sword is obviously waggling and his helmet is bouncing out of shape as though made of rubber.
