Visible crew/equipment: (Episode 5) When Vicki is in the jungle she happens upon the TARDIS and bangs on the door begging to be let in. In the next shot we can see the boom pole/mic hovering in the background, then a hand appears which seems to guide the actress to head in that direction. (00:07:45)

Visible crew/equipment: Loretta calls for Ronny at the bakery, and when he picks up the phone then promptly hangs up on her, the dark protruding outline of the microphone wire is visible at his right side. It happens again when Loretta visits the bakery and Ronny tells her Johnny took his life from him. Additionally, later when Ronny and Loretta spot each other at the fountain in the Lincoln Center Plaza, there appears to be an actor's mark at Ronny's feet. (00:25:00 - 00:27:05)

Visible crew/equipment: (Episode 4) After Ian shudders from the apparition he continues to follow The Doctor down the hall, and the camera casts a shadow on Ian. Then, when The Doctor finds the stairs leading to the laboratory he tells Ian he must see what's on the table. Just as Ian states his displeasure at the thought, the boom mic (and its shadow) pops up into view at the bottom of the screen, in front of Ian. (00:05:15)

In this and following long shots of the stunt, we can also see the window roll cage bar directly behind the front windshield (the obvious stunt driver grips the roll bar with his left hand and steers with his right hand), as well as the top of the seat supports behind the front headrests. In this shot there's a reflection of the camera operator's leg, wearing shorts, white socks and sneakers, and who is sitting where Sandra should be.
