Visible crew/equipment: During Lao Che's car chase, when Short Round pulls up behind the rickshaw and slams on the accelerator, in the next shot just as the car speeds up, we can see the metal bar at the bottom front of the car leading to underneath the rickshaw, for the stunt. Then when the rickshaw crashes we can see the small third wheel at the base of the rickshaw's seat, allowing it to lean all the way back and roll on the ground for the stunt.

Visible crew/equipment: While clinging to the hanging bridge, just as Indy tries to grab Mola Ram's foot in the closeup we can see Indy's red harness and the wire cable protruding from his shirt. Then after Mola Ram orders his archers to shoot, when Short Round and Willie are shouting at Indy we can see a bit of Shorty's safety cable protruding from his shirt, and it's seen again after Mola Ram falls onto Indy, when Willie and Shorty are shouting once more.

Visible crew/equipment: While everyone is clinging to the hanging bridge, when Mola Ram drops the last Thuggee goon from the bridge we can see Mola Ram's clasped safety belt protruding from his black garment.

Visible crew/equipment: When Cledus tells Bandit that he knows there's $400,000 at stake, but he won't kill an elephant to get it, in the next shot and in following shots from the same angle, the reflection of the moving boom pole and mic can be seen on the surface of the Trans Am.

Visible crew/equipment: While Snowman drives his rig, in his side shots as he faces the wing mirror the reflection of the camera can be seen on his sunglasses. One example is when he gets on the CB and hails Bandit to warn him about Smokey at his back door.

Visible crew/equipment: During the "full attack" at the start of the Battle of Stirling Bridge, Wallace repeatedly shouts, "Hold," and in the wideshot right before Wallace finally shouts, "Now!" as the horses gallop towards the right side of the screen, we can see a white car at the left side of the screen. Visible crew/equipment: When Joey walks into the bathroom and starts whistling, the shadows of the camera and a passing crewmember can be seen on the door of Chandler's cubicle, then the camera's shadow moves as Joey walks toward Chandler and also when Joey's about to stand on the toilet.

Visible crew/equipment: After Indy and Henry have escaped from Castle Brunwald, Indy jumps into one of the boats, pulls the motor starter cord and jumps back out, then just as he bends over to release the boat from the piling, right between Indy's legs the black covered arm of a hidden crewmember appears from under the tarp taking hold of the throttle, steering the boat away from the pier. Visible crew/equipment: When Indy tries to reach the Grail his father convinces him to "Let it go" and Henry pulls his son to safety, then in the next wideshot of Indy, Henry, Sallah, and Marcus a crewmember wearing a short sleeved, white shirt and blue pants can be seen at the right side of the screen, just before it cuts to Henry's closeup. This crewmember can be seen again after the closeup of the knight. (01:57:45)

Visible crew/equipment: When Young Indy is trapped in the train car with the lion, he tosses up the whip to Fedora, and as he's being pulled up in the interior shot, he's wearing a stunt apparatus around his waist above his beaded belt. [The stunt double is also wearing a glove on his right hand holding what looks like skewered meat, to presumably draw the trained lion, but that's a lot harder to see without pausing]. (00:08:35)

Visible crew/equipment: Right before the TARDIS materializes in the lab at Agrofuel, there's an overhead shot of Erica at the desk, and the two green tape X marks on the floor behind her are visible, precisely where Douglas had collapsed and his white protective gear should be. Note there's an earlier overhead shot of the same area before the incident, when Erica brings Douglas the coffee, and those tape marks are not there. (00:32:50)
