Visible crew/equipment: When Gregorio slams on his brakes the car stops alongside the sidewalk, in front of the private school. In the next shot he calls out, "Juni, Juni!" as Juni stands by the open car door. First, a large boom mic and the reflector screen are wonderfully reflected in the car window, before he closes the door. Then when Juni closes the door, a car is reflected on the door, though it is impossible for it to be there since a gate, which is visible in the following shots, stands at the edge of the sidewalk on the car's left side. Some crew members, one of which is behind camera equipment and another holds the boom mic pole, are also reflected in Gregorio's door on the left. Then as Juni walks away, the boom mic moves back and forth in the reflection near Gregorio's face to pick up the actors' audio. (00:11:05)

Visible crew/equipment: After Ingrid types on the makeup atop her vanity table in the close-up, the crew's reflector screen, which is positioned in front of Carla Gugino (Ingrid), is visible in the mirror's reflection to her right (it isn't part of the spy information scrolling on the mirror), in the following seven shots. Visible crew/equipment: When Harry and Hermione are at Hagrid's to rescue Buckbeak, Harry walks toward the hippogriff and bows. In the next shot, when his head is down low, look directly in between the right edge of the screen and the wood post, above the pumpkins. A pair of black pants quickly pass to the left; it's certainly not one of the crows, unless it grew human legs. (Only visible in widescreen.) (01:53:00)

Visible crew/equipment: At dinner, just after Harry takes the plate from Petunia and as Aunt Marge says, "A bit more," referring to the brandy Vernon pours, in the left glass door of the hutch behind Vernon, there is a nice clear reflection of a crew member lowering his white sleeved arm off screen. Visible crew/equipment: Aboard the Jolly Roger after Smee jumps overboard, Peter flies up to catch his sword and a pirate who yells, "I got him!" grabs hold of Peter's ankle. When Peter flies off in the wide shot, as the pirate holds his leg, he passes the mast and not only are the four wires attached to Peter's backside pleasingly visible while he flies, the two wires at the pirate's shoulders are visible as well. Visible crew/equipment: Aboard the Interceptor, as Jack asks, "Can you sail under the command of a pirate...?" at the upper right corner of the screen, the corner of the crew's white reflector screen is perfectly visible in front of the boom. (00:50:15)

Visible crew/equipment: When Saruman points both staffs at Gandalf, he says, "I gave you the chance of aiding me willingly, but you have elected the way of pain!" as Gandalf spins round on the floor, with his left leg raised in the air. As he spins, there is a bulge at his side and the apparatus with the wire, around his left ankle, is perfectly visible. (00:50:55)

Visible crew/equipment: During their fight at Orthanc, in the wide overhead shot, as Saruman flies backwards towards the large doors, the wire attached to the back of Christopher Lee's outfit is visibly pulling his clothes. (00:50:45)

Visible crew/equipment: After the pirate pries the gold bowl off his head Elizabeth whacks him, then she and Will stave off the other two pirates' swords as together they hold the gold bar overhead. At the start of the next shot as Barbossa and Jack duel, part of the wood plank that Geoffrey Rush and Johnny Depp stand on is visible at the bottom right of the screen (this is only visible on the fullscreen video version).

Visible crew/equipment: After Barbossa is shot by Jack, Barbossa pulls apart his jacket to reveal the wound. In this close-up, behind Barbossa to his left, the blue cloth/mat is visible at the bottom of the screen lying on the treasure pile. It was obviously not there in the previous shots. Visible crew/equipment: After Will rescues Jack from the gallows they end up on the parapet surrounded by soldiers. As Will and Jack spin around facing the soldiers closing in on them, part of the camera equipment, which moves, is visible at the bottom right of the screen. Visible crew/equipment: After Will puts the explosive inside skeletal Jacoby he exclaims, "No fair!" before he and the two other pirates blow up. In the very next shot of Barbossa, as he duels with Jack, the edge of the large wood plank that Geoffrey Rush and Johnny Depp stand on near the pile of treasure is plainly visible at the bottom of the screen. It can also be seen on DVD 2. (This is ONLY visible on the video version.)

Visible crew/equipment: Before being marooned on the 'spit of land,' Elizabeth stands on the Pearl's gangplank. In her close-ups, with the island in the distance, the long 'metal pipe' guardrails are visible behind her in three shots where she is still wearing the dress. The pipes are also visible behind Johnny Depp (Jack) in three shots, including when Barbossa says, "That be the same little island we made you governor of..." In all other shots of the gangplank there are NO guardrails surrounding the actual gangplank while it's extended over the water. (This is only visible on VHS, but can also be seen on DVD 2 and DVD 3 - 'The Lost Disc'.)
