Revealing mistake: When the huge explosion happens, it is blatantly obvious that Eric and his wheelchair are superimposed in the shot. When the main scene shakes a bit, the superimposed wheelchair does not move. This same explosion minus Eric and his wheelchair appears in an alternate ending. It's the same exact shot.

Revealing mistake: Sam is getting shot at in the aircraft hanger. He hides behind a yellow machine and a bullet hits it. The bullet produces a flash but leaves no mark where it hits. A real bullet would have left a gash at the least.

Revealing mistake: Ian is looking for a parking spot in Indiana. There is a shot looking at him and the speedometer of the car is visible. It is not moving despite Ian driving.

Revealing mistake: Sucre and Linc are driving to the pier and there is a shot looking at their SUV. In the background you can see a cop directing traffic away from the shot. It's fairly obvious.

Revealing mistake: Some of the punches don't land when Linc and C-Note are fighting the bad guys in the garage. This despite the sound indicating they are landing.
