Continuity mistake: When the video of Kimmy plays on the school announcements, and she talks about Duncan being hung up on Veronica, there is a cut to Duncan reacting with raised eyebrows in the foreground, while Veronica can be seen in the background with a passive expression. Then it cuts to a close-up of Veronica having a visible reaction with her whole face falling. But since Veronica and Duncan were reacting to the same thing, Veronica's reaction should have been visible in the first shot as well.

Days of Our Lives (1965)
Continuity mistake: On 11/10/04, Bonnie and Mickey's wedding ceremony began. The justice of the peace called Bonnie "Maureen Bonnie Lockhart." When Bonnie was introduced to the show she talked about how her ex-husband demeaned her by insisting on calling her by her middle name, Maureen, so her name should be Bonnie Maureen Lockhart.

Someone to Witch Over Me - S7-E7
Continuity mistake: In episode 7-7: "Someone to Witch Over Me," Piper is killed by the demon Sarpedon's metallic claw. When the claw strikes her, she falls back with her arms behind her, landing partially on her palms, allowing her to complete the fall by sinking gradually to the ground. Then there is a cut to a closer shot, and we see her fall again. The second time, she falls directly into a more prone position with her arms raised and the backs of both hands facing the ground.

Passions (1999)
Continuity mistake: On 10/19/04, Fox refers to Ethan as his "oldest half-brother," but in reality Chad is his oldest half-brother. Fox is specifically thinking about all the changes to his family, and everyone knows that Julian was with Eve before he married Ivy, so it's a no-brainer that Chad is older than Ethan.

Days of Our Lives (1965)
Continuity mistake: On 9/17/04, when Sami, Lucas, and Will went to the Chinese restaurant, a pan of the room initially showed that Kate was sitting far away from them. Later, when Kate heard Sami speaking, she turned around to peer through the plants lining the ledge above her seat, and Sami was sitting right there, much closer than she had been before.

Days of Our Lives (1965)
Continuity mistake: On 9/7/04, Dr. Bhalla is surprised to hear that Rex is "not a wealthy DiMera after all," but rather a "blue collar Brady." In fact, Dr. Bhalla's response is, "I had no idea." But just a few scenes earlier, when Dr. Bhalla entered Rex's loft, he greeted him as "Rex Brady." If Dr. Bhalla didn't know about Rex's parentage, then he should have called him "Rex DiMera," the name Rex used when he was a student at Salem University.

Days of Our Lives (1965)
Continuity mistake: On 9/7/04, John and Bo place a shiny metal paperweight on their map, and the name of the island, "MELASWEN," is reflected as "NEWSALEM," for "New Salem." But even though "MELASWEN" is indeed "NEWSALEM" backwards, the first word would not actually reflect legibly as the second. The letters E, L, S, and N should appear backwards.

Continuity mistake: The bathroom in Belle's penthouse underwent a bit of unexplained remodeling. In March of 2004, when Jan tried to electrocute Belle, Belle was taking a bath in a freestanding tub in the middle of the room. Later that year, after Philip had moved in, the bathroom had a regular shower and the room wasn't even large enough to have accomodated the tub we had seen before.

Passions (1999)
Continuity mistake: On 6/24/04, Fox told Whitney that the kitchen at the Sea Cliff Inn had closed for the night. He managed to convince the cook to make a couple of hamburgers for him and Whitney. (This happened offscreen, but they talked about it before and after.) Later that same night, on 7/6/04, Fox and Whitney went with Theresa and Chad to have a full dinner at the hotel's restaurant, hours after the kitchen had supposedly closed for the night.

Center Stage (2000)
Continuity mistake: In Cooper's ballet, after Jody's pas de trois with Cooper and Charlie, where she is wearing a blue dress and blue or silver shoes, the shot focuses in on her feet, wearing the silver shoes. Then it pans up to her body, and she is suddenly wearing a red outfit. Then, the shot widens, and her shoes are also red. The costume change is not possible as shown; it would require an intermission or other break during which Jody is not on stage, but the movie depicts her continuous presence on stage with shots panning across her body. Kicking And Screaming - S1-E10

Days of Our Lives (1965)
Continuity mistake: On 7/13/04, Jan Spears was at Belle's loft as an invited guest for the first time. She walked straight back from the front door to the opposite wall and opened the window there. Mimi, sitting in a window at Rex's loft, saw Jan and reacted with great alarm. But Rex's loft is directly across the hall from Belle's, so there is no way that any window in his loft would be within sight of Belle's back window.

Passions (1999)
Continuity mistake: On 7/12/04, Sheridan has a repressed memory of herself with bloody hands, holding a bloody letter opener. She tells Luis that, although she has had these nightmares before, this is the first time she saw the letter opener and realized that it was where the blood came from. But we saw Sheridan's nightmares many times between 1999 and 2001, and the letter opener had always been there.

When Bad Warlocks Go Good - S1-E18
Continuity mistake: Prue finds Brendan, as a warlock, over the corpse of Father Austin. He runs away and she pursues him. He insists that he "didn't hurt Father Austin. [He] found him like that." Prue counters, "Before or after you turned into a warlock?" His response is, "After. When I saw what [my brothers] did to him, I was crazed. The rage turned me into a warlock." So doesn't that mean that he found Father Austin before he turned into a warlock, not after? (00:17:55)
Suggested correction: He said after because Brendan has always been a warlock. He was born that way.

Charmed (1998)
Continuity mistake: When Prue describes the way the warlock Matthew traveled instantaneously, Melinda tells the sisters that it's called blinking, and that Matthew "must have copied it from another witch." But later in the series, every warlock encountered by the Charmed Ones had the ability to blink, and it was considered exclusively a warlock ability, meaning that no witch would have had it.
