Stupidity: When Olivia said, "Momma. It's hot", she was wearing a long-sleeved shirt over her overalls and shirt. Her mom, wearing a sweater over a tunic top, replied, "I know, baby" and asked Steve to turn the A/C on in the RV, but the A/C didn't work. Instead of removing some layers, Steve opened some windows. Jay complained how hot it was, but he wore a hooded sleeveless sweatshirt over his T-shirt (and never took it off, even when outside in the desert). (00:09:31 - 00:46:00)

David and Cal sit in the car talking about not letting the product get onto the street where someone might die, etc. then exit the vehicle without calling for backup, which could have been done in a few seconds (and should have been done as soon as David said they needed backup). Stupidity: Ben is standing behind Marley with a gun to her head as protection against Aaron, who is pointing a gun at him. Aaron shoots Marley and Ben just stands there, first looking at Marley on the ground then looking at Aaron (standing about ten feet away). Aaron screams and shoots Ben in the abdomen. After Ben falls, Aaron shoots three more rounds at him but misses. Ben is also able to stand and walk around despite his abdominal wound. (01:17:30 - 01:20:40)

Stupidity: Lea had two "Notice of Auction" printouts (the correct one and the one she lied about to detectives) in her small purse when she had Casi meet her at a restaurant. Lea excused herself to go to the bathroom but did not take her purse with her. Women almost always take their purses with them and Lea should have, considering she had papers inside she didn't want Casi to see. While Lea was gone, Casi looked at the printouts and then knew Lea was lying to him about the Navigator's auction date. (00:32:33 - 00:35:04)

Stupidity: Chad escaped from Jed four times but was always recaptured. When Chad fled on a horse, Jed caught up and, after a struggle, Jed fell and his eye landed on a pointed rock. Instead of running, Chad watched on his knees and when he stood up, Jed grabbed his neck. Another time, Chad had a good head start and was hiding over an embankment yet Jed found him. Later, Chad kicked Jed off a hill but didn't run. The "overgrown" twelve-year-old did not follow through on his escape attempts. (00:40:25 - 00:41:23)

Stupidity: After Chaska shot Jed Blake's lookout Blade in the thigh, Blade said, "I'm bleeding out. Give me something to stop the bleeding." Blade was wearing a long scarf that reached to his waist and had leather suspenders clipped to a leather belt - any of which he could have quickly removed to stop the bleeding. (00:36:00)

Stupidity: Chad's friend Albert sneaks along the side of the house when Jed Blake and his gang are on the porch. Instead of staying hidden, Albert runs out in the open and is shot dead. Stupidity: After Casi changed the tracker on the Navigator, he was sneaking between vehicles to get out of the tow pound. The Whale came and stood in front of the two vehicles Casi was between. Casi stood up and, instead of turning around and running away, rushed TOWARD The Whale in an attempt to get past him. The Whale, much bigger, threw Casi against a vehicle and then onto the garage floor. (01:03:34).

Stupidity: Simon sees his wife has been killed by a dinosaur, so runs out of the shed and tells Mark to run. Simon gets Mark into the front seat and hears the T-Rex roaring nearby. Instead of getting into the car as fast as he can, Simon takes the time to buckle Mark's seat belt and tell him to "be brave for daddy" and "everything's going to be fine." Simon turns around when the T-Rex is next to the car and he tells Mark to close his eyes. Simon just stands there as the T-Rex gets closer, then eats him. (00:05:50 - 00:06:21)

Stupidity: Simon has told his wife Christine to never go into his shed/lab where he has dinosaurs chained. Christine is looking for her son Mark. Stupidity: Dahlia, fleeing her husband, asks Parker, "Well, where we [her and daughter Ashley] gonna go?" Parker replies, "I know a place where you can go" and takes them to Marcus' house, parking his car there. (Mikey and Louis are looking for his car and find it.) Parker, though recently fired, is/was a social worker. Social workers are among the professions that have the greatest awareness of available community resources. Parker should have taken them to a shelter or other safe place. (01:06:04)

Stupidity: Patrick told Dwayne to get Cisneros to kill Zara, apparently because he believed Cisneros could get the job done. Cisneros went into Zara's house with his gun ready to shoot, but not before pinpointing Zara's location. He saw the refrigerator door open yet entered the room without looking left and right (behind the door); Zara was able to disarm him. Zara was also able to escape Cisneros' repeated crazy swings at her with a samurai sword. Zara fatally "sliced" his neck with a pizza cutter. (00:21:44 - 00:23:07)

Stupidity: Possessed child Nicholas made the cross from a necklace pierce Fr Louis in the neck, causing blood to gush out. Fr Peter yelled, "Fr Louis, Fr Louis" as Fr Louis tried to pull out the cross. No one else present rushed over to try to help stop the bleeding or assist him. Fr Louis' sash could have been used around his neck to apply direct pressure to the wound. (Although it might have been obvious that it was a fatal wound to the neck, someone should have at least tried to help). (00:07:15)

Stupidity: A dinosaur spits a hot substance onto Tramp's right shoulder and Tramp says, "It burns." He is told to not touch it, but Tramp wipes it off with his left hand and holds his hand up to another hunter's face telling him, "Help me. Get it off!" (00:18:43)

Stupidity: Cami is afraid of her Uber driver Spencer and thinks he has been stalking her. When he leaves, she sits in the back seat but doesn't bother locking the car doors. When Spencer returns, he is able to get in the driver's seat without using a key. (00:30:55)

Stupidity: Glenn's house is next-door (with not much space between) to Susan's. Christina's bedroom window is opposite Henry's bedroom window, but both 11-year-old classmates do not close their curtains (leaving space in the middle between the panels). Furthermore, Police Commissioner Glenn Sickleman - suspected of abusing Christina - does not bother to close Christina's curtains when he goes into her room to abuse her! This enables Henry to suspect (possibly KNOW) that Glenn is abusing Christina. (00:18:20 - 00:19:06)

Stupidity: Jimmy parked his truck on the side of the road with woods running parallel and starting about 10' away. Jimmy moved to the passenger side so the Sheriff could sit in the driver's seat (for no apparent reason). After Jimmy threw the "white powder" into the Sheriff's face, he quickly got out of the truck and ran straight ahead on the road instead of ducking into the nearby woods. The Sheriff had a clear and easy shot to hit and kill Jimmy. Also, Jimmy should have been much further away. (00:11:51 - 00:12:21)

Stupidity: Jennifer sat on a bench in the hallway while her arguing parents and maternal grandfather were meeting with a negotiator about the divorce settlement. The door to the meeting room was left open, allowing eight-year-old Jennifer to hear everything. Parents Maggie and Jeff also frequently argued at home when Jennifer was within hearing distance. Parents - especially one educated as a lawyer - should know better. (00:10:56)

Stupidity: On the phone, Marion told Paul, "I'm nearly certain she'll [Maggie] get full custody, but if you fight this, you stand to lose everything, even visitation to see your daughter. Sign the contract..." Jeff wanted to see Jenny and, other than being unemployed for three years, there were no reasons his parental rights should be terminated. It was not "in the best interests" of Jenny to relocate to Seattle and never see her father again. Fighting it, Jeff would have likely won custody of Jenny. (00:15:39)
