Continuity mistake: When Steve opens the RV window for Olivia, he reaches at the center to unlatch the pane in order to slide it to the left; the right side of the window is still closed or immobile. A little later when Olivia is right next to the window, there is one pane that slides to the left, there is a screen, and the thin aluminium frame is much wider. The curtains are not visible with, perhaps, a token strip of cloth above Olivia's head. (00:10:43 - 00:11:30)

Stupidity: The broken-down RV was on a slight upward grade. Olivia asked her mom if she could use the jump rope, and her mom said "yes" but to stay where she could see her. Olivia went behind the RV's rear bumper to jump. Her mother was sitting along the side of the RV, facing away and could not see Olivia. Even if a vehicle/RV isn't broken down or being worked on, children should not play behind vehicles. Olivia's mom ignored her and the out-of-control RV slipped into reverse and ran over Olivia. Continuity mistake: Charles managed to veer right to get out of the out-of-control RV's path. Seconds later, Charles is moving out of the RV's path again. (01:14:30)

Continuity mistake: When the knife goes through Jay's neck, Jay is sitting at the table and his lower right arm, bent at the elbow, is on the table; his body stays upright. Next, Jay has fallen to the side and his head is setting along the window. Later, Jay's head is resting on his right elbow, and his entire right arm is straight across the table in front of him. After death, it is possible Jay's head with the knife through his neck could stay upright, but these TWO new positions are at least one too many. (01:11:57 - 01:22:02)

Continuity mistake: The curtains at Olivia's window are largely see-through silk/linen? With a pattern, plus a solid brown short valance with brown/white horizontally striped trim. Next, there are no visible curtains. When Olivia has her upper body slightly out the window, the "thicker" curtains are a solid brown with a pattern and there's no sign of the valance. Olivia is also where the right pane was or would be (varies) and the window is only half open - but not the left pane as before. (00:10:45 - 00:11:45)

Other mistake: The RV's cassette player has some odd features (some of which I've never seen on a cassette player). There's a "push button" for "loudness", not "volume." There is another "push button" labeled "MO ST" - not sure what these mean. The slot for the cassette tape looks wide enough for a VHS tape. (00:11:15)
Suggested correction: There's nothing wrong with the stereo. The cassette slot is the normal size for that configuration on an 80's cassette car stereo (they're in an '87 Suncrest). The loudness button was also a common feature for that era. It boosts low and high frequencies at lower volumes (the stereo still has a volume knob). MO stands for "mono" and ST stands for "stereo."
The slot looked way too wide, even for the 1980s. I would have guessed that the "ST" meant stereo, but wouldn't that be referring to the AM/FM radio, not the cassette player? (Thanks for the "MO" clarification). [Features were still on the odd side.].

Other mistake: After Steve slides open the middle window near Olivia, a small puff of air and some small waves of the right curtain panel can be seen, but not nearly as much or strong as would be expected. The left curtain panel was largely stationary. With the window completely open, the right and left panels of the thin curtains should be blowing inside the RV at an angle or even be flapping outside of the RV. (00:10:45)

Continuity mistake: There are brown pleated followed by yellow pleated curtains on the driver's side window when Charles takes a sip of coffee. The camera shifts to Steve (in the front passenger seat) who says, "Hey, pop. Thanks for doing this." When the camera returns to Charles (pop), the brown pleated curtain is no longer there but a fire extinguisher is in its place. (00:09:06)

Stupidity: Drake's bike fell over on the sidewalk perpendicular to the parked RV, not far from the middle door. It would've been hard for someone to miss seeing the bike when near or in the RV. When Steve went to get his dog Bentley, Drake's mom drove up and asked if he'd seen her son who was riding a bike but didn't come home last night. Steve didn't bother telling Drake's mom he was going on vacation, but said he'll "keep an eye out." Steve still didn't see the bike on his way back to the RV. (00:04:30 - 00:07:00)

Stupidity: When Olivia said, "Momma. It's hot", she was wearing a long-sleeved shirt over her overalls and shirt. Her mom, wearing a sweater over a tunic top, replied, "I know, baby" and asked Steve to turn the A/C on in the RV, but the A/C didn't work. Instead of removing some layers, Steve opened some windows. Jay complained how hot it was, but he wore a hooded sleeveless sweatshirt over his T-shirt (and never took it off, even when outside in the desert). (00:09:31 - 00:46:00)

Continuity mistake: The aerial view of what is to one side of the RV is different from the ground view. From the air, there is a highway with two lanes in each direction with parking along the side, just off the sidewalk where Drake left his bike. From the ground, there is a 3' cement wall and black railing with greenery behind it. A white house (not in the aerial view) can be seen and there is room for a one-lane road, but the white house would have been on the highway if in the aerial view. (00:05:24)

Continuity mistake: The middle curtain on the passenger side of the RV is pulled open to different extents (toward the sides) when Drake is snooping around. Depending on the camera's view, maybe a foot of the curtain can be seen to the right. The other views show much more of the curtain, indicating it is not pulled to the side as far (and might possibly be closed). When a larger amount of the curtain is showing, there is also a small section of a pleat partially on the sill. (00:04:00 - 00:04:27)
