Answer: The elf on top probably ignored him as he was in no position to answer him. The elves seem to have a stratified society [i.e. some make toys, Judy provides food/beverage, some do security etc.] so it was most likely his job just to punch in the code so the sleigh would descend. With Bernard being the head elf, and probably the most knowledgeable on all things Santa related, he would be in the best position to talk to Scott and answer all of his questions.

Answer: He was being sarcastic. A beat up, broken down old truck driving through Beverly Hills. The guy considered it an insult.

Answer: He found the trick amusing. It caused her to continue playing the game and that means finishing the game so their problems would go away. Or so he thought at that time.

Answer: Earlier in the film Peter uses "reserve psychology" to trick Alan into continuing the game. He then finds it funny when Alan pulls a similar trick on Sarah to force her to play.

Answer: When Buzz was given to Andy, this made Woody jealous as at the time he was Andy's favorite toy. Then Buzz shows up with pop out wings, karate action, a helmet that opens while making a whoosh sound and a light that made a noise like a laser going off and Andy was spending more time with him and even redecorating his room with Buzz Lightyear stuff. Even the other toys grew to like Buzz quickly. After pushing Buzz out the window in a jealous rage, the others got angry at Woody. When Mr. Potato Head saw Woody over at Sid's house, he felt that Woody deserved it for his horrible treatment of Buzz and hoped that Sid would do something evil to Woody as he does to all toys. At that point, we don't know if we ever see Mr. Potato Head realizing how upset Andy is over losing Woody. The only one who recognizes this is Bo Peep when she sees Andy's mom giving Andy the cowboy hat he always wears.

Answer: She's a grouchy, hateful, possibly senile woman who doesn't like Evelyn, despite the gifts she brings her. As for not showing her, it's funnier to try to imagine what she looks like.

Answer: So she's more concerned about her own life than the life of the dog. Or since she believes that her husband "worships the ground I walk on," she probably takes for granted that her husband will take care of the dog. Or she does talk about it but it's not important to the plot.

Answer: I don't believe there is a definitive answer, primarily because Vanessa being a fembot is more-or-less just a purposely absurd joke that by very design doesn't really make any sense. (It was a way for them to do a riff on action heroes like James Bond that have a new love interest in every film.) The closest explanation you get is Basil saying "We knew all along, sadly," which might suggest she was a fembot the entire time. But I wouldn't really think too deeply about it, since it's a very tongue-in-cheek revelation.

Answer: He wasn't killed or seriously injured. He's a minor character and unimportant to the overall plot. There was no need for a final resolution of his part. He would simply have been humiliated and then resumed his previous life.

Answer: Laurel had a history of drug and alcohol abuse and had been in and out rehab. She was mentally unstable and would likely have lapses in her memory, particularly anything traumatic.

Answer: Brand didn't know specifically where the Goonies went, but he got on the bike and went searching. Viewers didn't get to see how many places Brand looked before he found them at the restaurant or how much time it took him, but he probably biked down the one road in town until he spotted their bikes and then looked nearby. The fact that Brand apparently found the Goonies within a short amount of time suggests that there were relatively few places that they could have gone, probably because they lived in a small town that was at least semi-rural. Other than old houses, there were only a few landmarks (including the restaurant and lighthouse). There may have been spots that kids tended to gravitate toward and Brand might have had a good idea as to where they most likely went.

Answer: If people catch on to what he's doing, it could possibly tip off the culprit and give him time to hide evidence. Also, it's a silly movie and this is about comedy, not logic.

Answer: Since we don't see the attackers except for their feet, it could easily have been Katie or Gahjii. In fact, given the speed at which the final four darts were shot into Ace, it was likely both of them. They could easily have not been wearing shoes at that point.

Answer: The reason the toys stay still in the presence of humans is because they need to keep their existence a secret from them. Animals cannot speak to humans, so the toys don't have anything to worry about when it comes to keeping their existence a secret.

Answer: The film was made for children and to make them think that their toys are real and care about them, I don't think the animals really factor in.

Answer: The woman told him to try and "enjoy the fruits of nature", meaning wearing an animal as a piece of clothing. So he punches the monopoly guy out cold and puts him over his shoulder to try out wearing an animal.
