Constantine (2005)

Corrected entry: The song played in the bar when John visits Midnite belongs to the band Bush, an obvious nod to Gavin Rossdale, lead singer of that band, who plays Balthazar.

oswal13

Correction: The song is "Passive" by A Perfect Circle, not Bush.

X-Men: Apocalypse (2016)

Corrected entry: After Nightcrawler escapes with Raven, according to his back story he could not jump to the alley because he needs to see or know the place where he goes.

oswal13

Correction: He can jump anywhere in the world. It is simply more dangerous to jump somewhere he doesn't know because he might jump into a solid object. If he knows there is an empty space on the other side of a wall, he can safely jump himself 1 metre in that direction and be totally fine.

Aquaman (2018)

Corrected entry: Orm was reigning at the time Steppenwolf stole the mother box from Atlantis - he should be rejected by his people but in the film he is loved and admired by everyone instead.

oswal13

Correction: This is an opinion, not a mistake.

Aquaman (2018)

Corrected entry: The ability to breathe outside the water changes from one Atlantian to another - Arthur, Volko and Mera can do it, but Orm and the soldiers have trouble with it, then in the last fight with Aquaman now Orm can breath fine.

oswal13

Correction: Only high born Atlantians can breath air, others like soldiers choke to death without water to breathe. This is mentioned in the movie. The reason Orm seemed to struggle was because he didn't see it coming and because it was probably his first time ever. The second time he was prepared for it.

Venom (2018)

Corrected entry: Towards the end Venom should be seriously affected by the high noise from the spaceship in his fight with Riot, but he was not.

oswal13

Correction: Venom (and Riot) are not affected by high, or loud noises, unless it's within the 4-6 MHz range. The spaceship they were fighting next simply did not produce the right frequency. It was the sound that Anne pumped through the speakers that was at the right frequency that affected them.

Overboard (2018)

Correction: There are plenty of ways to find him. They had just gotten his picture with Kate, showing it around town could help identify Kate and from there it's easy to find an address.

Overboard (2018)

Correction: At no point is it implied that Leo is famous. Rich, yes, but that does not go hand in hand with fame.

ctown28

Well he is famous actually somebody recognizes him at the beach.

Corrected entry: In Edinburgh with Wanda and Vision there are no people on the streets or the station. Edinburgh Waverley station opens at 5am - if it's early enough for the station to be closed then there'd be people staggering home from clubs, etc., especially on the high street, and if it's late enough for everyone to be home and off the streets, there'd be at least a few people in the station running the place.

oswal13

Correction: They never specify what day of the week it is. Sure, on a Friday or Saturday there would be a few people about, but on a weekday they likely wouldn't. Plus, the few people around would likely run away when a superhero fight broke out nearby.

Corrected entry: If Gamora knows that Thanos needs her in order to get the soul stone because she is the only one who knows where is it, she should stay away from him in order to avoid being caught, but she decides to go where he is.

oswal13

Correction: She knows it's a big risk, but she feels it's her duty to prevent Thanos from gathering all of the Infinity Stones. This is why she makes Quill promise to kill her if Thanos captures her on Knowhere. Had she known that Thanos had captured and was torturing Nebula and that he knew that Gamora knew where the Soul Stone was, then she probably would have stayed away from him.

Phaneron

Corrected entry: If Thor knew that Thanos would be waiting for the stones on Titan he should have gone there, instead of somehow knowing to head straight to Wakanda.

oswal13

Correction: Thor didn't know Thanos went to Titan. He correctly predicted that he would head to Knowhere, after which he would likely go after the 2 stones on Earth.

Thor heard from Thanos that we will be go to Titan inside the ship or at least he should go to Knowwhere not to the earth.

Thor's new hammer gives him the ability to summon the Bifrost, which means he has to survey his intended destination before creating the portal to transport. He very well could have surveyed both Knowhere and Titan (assuming he even knows where Titan is) before settling on Wakanda, but that would have both wasted screen time and diminished the impact for the audience of him arriving in Wakanda to help the other heroes. The movie even shows Thanos arriving on Titan after Thor already arrived in Wakanda, so we can surmise that Thor didn't know where Thanos was located and settled on joining the battle on Earth with the hope that Thanos would eventually turn up there.

Phaneron

Correction: The movie never says that Thor knew that Thanos was on Titan. He knew from the first scene in the film that Thanos sent the Black Order to look for the two Stones that were on Earth (one of which ended up going to Titan with Doctor Strange). He simply used his new powers to summon the Bifrost to survey Earth and located his friends and the Mind Stone in Wakanda and teleported there.

The Predator (2018)

Correction: Says who? The Predator species has been visiting Earth and observing and hunting humans for centuries. Part of their methods for hunting and baiting humans shown in other films includes mimicry. The Predator in question also understands English, given that the driver asked if everything was okay, prompting him to fool the driver by using the severed arm to give a thumbs up. If the Predator can understand English, there's no reason why he can't also be familiar with hand gestures used by English-speaking people.

Corrected entry: In Terminator it was established that the T-800 sent to the past was the newest in tech when Kyle was an adult but in this film the T-800 is already active while Kyle is younger.

oswal13

Correction: Each Terminator movie shows time travelling people and cyborgs changing the timelines. Skynet was evidently able to develop the T800 earlier than we saw in the first movie.

Coco (2017)

Corrected entry: After Coco died Hector should be forgotten and disappear from the land of the dead because his daughter was the only person who knew him in life, even from pictures according what he said to Miguel about Chicha.

oswal13

Correction: According to the rules of the film, it's not that someone had to have known you in life, it's that you are remembered. That's part of the plot; Hector will disappear because Coco is the only one who remembers him. When hearing her father's music "brings her back" she starts telling the family stories about him, so he'll continue to be remembered.

Correction: In addition, Chicharron has already been forgotten. He can't come back just because Miguel remembers him from the land of the dead.

LorgSkyegon

Corrected entry: At the beginning when Scott is playing with Casey she suddenly wears a helmet that she did not have before.

oswal13

Correction: The helmet was sitting on the "escape ant" and she puts it on while Scott is climbing on the sled. You can briefly see Cassie putting the helmet on when Scott asks how she knows about the "po-po."

Venom (2018)

Corrected entry: If the Life facility is super secure and they are conducting highly illegal experiments with aliens and humans, there's no way Eddie could gain access so easily.

oswal13

Correction: He was secretly let in by Dr. Skirth by hiding in the back seat of her car.

Correction: When a company is working under the radar and is probably badly organized by a power hungry megalomaniac it's not unlikely it lacks in certain areas, including security.

Jurassic World (2015)

Corrected entry: When the kid tries to rescue the pig in the raptors' area, he falls from over 30 feet up and gets no injury of any kind - he's later absolutely fine and releasing the raptors from the paddock. (00:23:50)

oswal13

Correction: While not likely, it is possible to fall from a height such as that and sustain no injury.

Ssiscool

How do you know that for sure? I have never heard of people surging 30 foot falls without receiving any injury.

There's instances of people falling off midrises with only mild injuries, people survive skydiving accidents, but a young person falling 20 feet (it's no where near a 3 story drop). Just looked up a couple names Chris Staggers and Julianne Diller, look them up.

I didn't see any fall related story for Chris Stagger, but Juliane Diller suffered a broken collarbone, gashes, and her eye was swollen shut, which is the whole point of the mistake. The mistake never claims a fall from that height would have killed him, only that he would have at least SOME kind of injury. The fact that about 50% of people die from falls at a height of 48 feet, and that falls are the 2nd leading cause of accidental deaths, the mistake is valid that a fall of more than 30 feet would result in some injury, if not a major life threatening injury.

Bishop73

It does seem more like 15-20 feet instead of 30. He falls flat onto his back, the safest way to fall as it spreads out of the impact. In addition, we don't actually know that he suffered no injury. Since he wasn't rendered unconscious, he was well aware that he just fell into the raptor pen. The adrenaline surge he would have been going through would have meant pain would have been pushed aside.

Corrected entry: Before the ghost leaves the restaurant she does not have the mini lab but when she gets to her place she has it.

oswal13

Correction: The lab was in the van with Hank, she subdued him and pointed at the lab indicating she was going to take it, when Ant-Man and The Wasp arrive back at the van, Hank informs them she has taken it. The event happened offscreen.

Corrected entry: When Ebony Maw fights Strange and Wong, they send back the spikes and hit Maw on his face on the left side but he gets the wound on his right. (00:22:55)

oswal13

Correction: No, if you look closer you'll see the spike hit the right side of his face which means the continuity is on track.

Venom (2018)

Corrected entry: After Eddie is being chased by Drake's henchmen he rides his bike but he never uses the key or the pedal to turn it on.

oswal13

Correction: There is a cutscene between him getting on the bike and driving away with it, he turned it on in between shots. It's a real bike, they aren't using sound effects to pretend the bike is working or anything.
