Blade: Trinity (2004)

Corrected entry: In the shot where the Blade's car comes out of the Truck, one of the brake lights is burned out showing only 3 then when the car turns around boom all 4 are lit up.

Correction: It is quite possible as I have seen on my car for the light to be loose. It is not on, but when the car hits the ground, it is jarred enough to flicker back on. Not uncommon.

Inheritance - S7-E10

Corrected entry: Geordi says that Juliana has an aging program "just like Data," which contradicts several previous episodes when they've stated Data will never age and his appearance won't change.

Correction: Data does age, just look at the differences between the first season and the last, not the physical, but the emotional. Just because Juliana ages does not mean Data ages the same way, the programs can be like one another, but not exactly the same.

Corrected entry: After the Nemesis creature kills the 12 STARS agents, the one wearing the white t-shirt (laying to the right of LJ) is riddled with bullet holes but still breathing in two camera shots.

Kristal

Correction: Perhaps he is not quite dead yet. Depending on what the bullets hit he could still be alive (just not for very long).

Resident Evil (2002)

Corrected entry: When everyone is in the laser room, and the medic woman gets the laser through her neck, the injuries that other people got didn't bleed because the wound was cauterized, yet her neck bleeds a bit before her head falls off. (00:32:40)

Correction: Her neck has much larger arteries and veins, it would be impossible to seal these without clamping them then cauterizing them, it couldn't be done with a laser.

Corrected entry: When Tom, Jerry, and Dan get into the canoe and start paddling down the river for the first time, there are several instances where clothing continuity changes from shot to shot. First Dan pulls a mosquito net over his hat in a close-up shot, and then almost immediately it's gone in the long shot, but is back again a moment later. We also see Jerry wearing a light-colored denim shirt while they're paddling (over an aqua colored tank top) but then in a long shot he's wearing just the tank top, but then back to the denim shirt a second later.

Cal K.

Correction: This sequence is not meant to be in actual time, it's just supposed to be a collection of shots of them rowing down the river.

Sol Parker

Corrected entry: When Fei Hung's stepmom is first shown playing Mahjong, she turns back-and-forth a few times and the women playing with her aren't seen anywhere. When she turns around the final time all of the women are there.

Correction: That is because the women are supposed to be behind the camera.

Sol Parker

Corrected entry: The truck used in the final part of the film changes between shots. Sometimes it has 4 stickers in the front, sometimes 2. (01:11:35 - 01:14:45)

Panther

Correction: There are two stickers on each side of the front of the truck, when viewed at an angle, you can only see two, there are always 4 though.

Sol Parker

Corrected entry: In the Moscow car chase, the drive train between the front and rear axles on Jason Bourne's taxi is broken and dragging on the ground after he turns onto a busy street and collides with the oncoming cars. However, he is still able to drive the car perfectly for several more minutes in the chase.

Correction: That is the exhaust pipe, might make the car louder, but it will still go.

Show generally

Corrected entry: Dr. Weir says that the Atlantis gate is the only one that can dial back to the Milky Way from Pegasus galaxy. SG-1 has already confirmed that any stargate can travel intergalactically if it has the power. That's what the 8th chevron does. You need a Naquadah generator or Zero Point Module to provide the extra power though.

Grumpy Scot

Correction: This is answered in episode #108, all the Pegasus Stargates are missing a crystal except for the Atlantis gate, this crystal allows it to dial to other galaxies.

Rat Race (2001)

Corrected entry: In the helicopter, Tracy, the pilot, is sitting in the left-hand seat while Nick Shaffer sits in the right-hand seat. This is correct for an airplane but wrong for a helicopter when the pilot sits in the right-hand seat.

Yoshi

Correction: Not true, I know of several pilots who normally sit in the left hand seat, it shouldn't matter either way, there are controls on both sides in most choppers.

Rat Race (2001)

Corrected entry: Jon Lovitz and his family were going to the Barbie museum (mostly to pacify the daughter, as it was pretty out-of-the-way), and had to take a detour. The two brothers Blaine and Duane happened to pass the Lovitz family van outside the Barbie museum and hence sabotaged it, but wait - why were the brothers going down that direction anyway? Even if they were heading on the same route to get to Silver City, why would they also take the same detour?

redbaron2000

Correction: The Barbie museum was not out of the way, the restaurant with the bathroom was, Lovitz didn't want to stop at the restaurant to let his daughter use the restroom because it was three miles off the main road.

Rat Race (2001)

Corrected entry: At the beginning of the film John Cleese has no way of knowing that the planes are going to go down, so how does he manage to get his assistant to the train station before the contestants arrive at the end? Even the fastest helicopter would not have been able to cover the 560 miles in the 10-20 minutes Grisham did it in. A fighter jet couldn't do it. We know it is a very short length of time because a) we can see the radar blips on the screen are very close to the target when Grisham is sent and b) Enrico's train just announced that the next stop was Silver City (even accounting for longer distances between stations, it appears to be relatively short).

Correction: After the radar is back up, Cleese's character tells Grisham to take his other private jet. The contestants were 50 miles away when the order was given.

Sol Parker

Correction: We can never see a hole, his jacket is very thick and very black.

Torque (2004)

Corrected entry: When Ford is trying to pass the two cars that are racing, he grabs a handful of front brake, but the camera shows the rear wheel locking up. Ford would not lock up the front brake like that, it would make him crash.

Correction: This is precisely why he didn't lock up the front, just because he grabs a handful of front brake doesn't mean he locked it up, that would be suicide. The rear however is easy to lock up and won't necessarily cause you to wreck.

Torque (2004)

Corrected entry: Henry's motorcycle is a Yamaha Warrior. This bike is driven by a belt, not a chain. Therefore, it would have no teethed sprockets, like the one Ford brings to the FBI agent. It wouldn't have a drive chain to be cut either.

Correction: Henry's bike is very customized, having an extremely powerful engine, it would not be able to function with a belt drive, thus the need for a chain drive because chain drives are able to handle more horse power. This is why most speed bikes have chains and cruisers have belts.

Torque (2004)

Corrected entry: When Ford is being aimed at by the Male FBI agent, he holds up a detonator to all of the bikes with high explosives. Later just after Ford leaves and his friend are leaving the male agent levels the gun at the three. The female agent pops up and has the detonator. She sets it off and blows herself backwards and we assume she dies if she is near the bikes. But later at the very end she is completely fine talking about what happened with minor cuts.

Correction: She is not fine, they are waiting for an ambulance and obviously doesn't want to be talked to because she is in extreme pain. She was wearing a bulletproof vest, but probably still hurt herself pretty bad.

Torque (2004)

Corrected entry: Ford rides a sport bike, not a custom, contrary to what all the news reporters are saying.

Correction: He rides a custom sport bike, still a valid description.

Sol Parker

Corrected entry: They would not be able to run the surface to get to the hangar on Crematoria. On a planet where it reaches such extremes(-300 at night to 700 degrees during the day), It would be impossible for breathable air to form either due to lack of an atmosphere or lack of plants to create oxygen. It would be sort of like Mercury.

Correction: Oxygen does not necessarily always come from plants. Depending on the minerals of the planet, the Oxygen could come from the ground, possibly from a chemical reaction caused by the sun.

Sol Parker

Corrected entry: In the scene where Bender is in the gym shooting baskets, the teacher kicks the ball and Bender jumps out of one of his sneakers. You can see him slip the shoe off before he jumps out of it.

Correction: This is not a mistake, he leaves the sneaker purposely.

Lost in Space (1998)

Corrected entry: Why would any organisation call themselves Global Sedition? 'Sedition' is an insult, a perjorative term, meaning someone who incites rebellion against a legal authority. It's like the UK Republican Party calling themselves the UK Treason Party.

Correction: The Seditioners are mutants of some kind, not really discussed much in the movie, they obviously make no attempt to hide their intentions so why should their name imply anything otherwise?
