Factual error: When the brothers are both in the pond and one of them comes up covered in pond weeds, notice a few places on his body, for instance the side of his head, he has a plant attached to him called Water Hyacinth. This plant not only does not grow in the South West, but also floats and you can see that there are none floating anywhere on the pond, especially in the middle where he landed.

Factual error: When Ford is about to start up the Y2K bike, Ice Cube's character is giving some stats on the bike like o to 200 in ten seconds, and carbon fiber chassis, he's got it all wrong. The bike does zero to 204 in 6.1 seconds and is made of aluminum; with only carbon fiber wheels, not the chassis.

Factual error: The girl is killed by having paint all over her body, supposedly suffocating her. While a widely believed theory at the time, it is not actually true that you can be suffocated by cutting off air to the skin - as long as you are still breathing, you won't suffocate. The only way damage might be caused is that by being unable to sweat/cool, you might get heatstroke, alternatively the toxic elements of the paint might prove fatal, but both of those effects would take far longer to kill you. Factual error: When we see the closeup of the gun when Bill shoots "The Bride" it is obvious that it is a normal gun with rifling in the barrel, we even see the end of the grooves when the bullet comes straight out of the gun at the camera, but the bullet does not spin.

Factual error: During the whole movie, we can see wooded mountains around where the movie is taking place, first of all, these don't exist in England and second, during the end shot where we see a view of the entire area, there are no mountains.

Factual error: The first time Johnny and the guys jump, the jump lasts for several minutes, but the maximum they should have been able to be airborne would be a little over a minute before they hit the ground.

Factual error: The spiders shown in the movie have no adhesive pads like real spiders, but only sharp points on the tips of their legs. Given the mutation, this is possible, but without their gripping apparatus, they should not be able to climb up anything. (01:00:10)
