Continuity mistake: In the dream sequence, Danny karate-kicks Shiro in the chest, and he falls backwards, smashing a large fish tank on a table behind him. The problem is that previously in the sequence, when Danny brandishes a chair, you see behind Shiro there is no fish tank (or anything other than a menu) on the table.

Continuity mistake: Matt Dillon writes "Sex Crimes" on the board, underlines "Crimes" once, and puts down the chalk to talk. However, when the board is next shown, when he asks the students to welcome the detectives, you see that "Crimes" has been underlined twice. (00:05:50 - 00:06:23)

Continuity mistake: In the Australian embassy, the guard locks the door and then begins unbuttoning her top down to her waist. The professor then turns away to look out of the window, and you see in the background the guard once again unbuttons her top down to her waist.

Continuity mistake: In the opening scene, after the police sniper shoots one of the gang, the police drag the hostage away. Vinnie Jones runs to the bank door to get her. In the next shot of the police in front of the door dragging her away, you can't see him. Then in the following shot as Travolta tells everyone to take cover, he's right in the centre of the door again.

Continuity mistake: The first Stranger falls through the rotten decking, leaving a really large hole where he fell. However, when the hole is next shown, it's suddenly much smaller. (00:20:41)

Continuity mistake: When Danny shoots Mickey, you can see Stacey's handbag is on the back of a chair. However, in subsequent shots it is now on the bar, even though Stacey doesn't go anywhere near the chair to get it.

Continuity mistake: In the opening scene, Travolta is on the phone to Cheadle, warning him about the bombs strapped to the hostages. Travolta's watch, shirt cuff, and jacket sleeve move up and down in different shots—noticeably, they move back up his wrist without his adjusting them.

The One With The Flashback - S3-E6

Continuity mistake: When Chandler drops the cue ball by Rachel and her friends, the pool cue on the pool table is straight. When he speaks to her, it is suddenly at a 45-degree angle. The chalk cube and blue box also change position.

Continuity mistake: In the opening scene, Dallas shoots the cashier and gets blood all over her face. In subsequent shots, she has far less blood on her face and it's less obtrusive. Given how heavy her makeup is, there's no way she could have scrubbed the blood off without disturbing the makeup.

Continuity mistake: In the opening scene, Nick throws on a jacket, still open as he hides his gun under the counter. Two shots and a second later, it's fully zipped up - something he wouldn't have been able to do in that timeframe.

Continuity mistake: During Albert's flashback explanation of how he got caught cheating at cards, a blonde girl is sitting at 90 degrees to him at the table. Then, in the next shot, she's sitting right next to him.

Continuity mistake: The entire season takes place over a couple of weeks, and Dexter was shot in the leg in the previous episode. Barely any time has passed, yet he's walking - and running - fine in this episode.

Continuity mistake: When the guys are shopping for supplies to poison Pellit and Harken, Dale sweeps a number of jars of peanuts into his basket from a shelf at waist height. He then moves on to grabbing jars from a shelf at shoulder height. In the shot, suddenly the waist-height shelf is full of jars again and doesn't have any gaps where Dale previously took jars off.

Continuity mistake: When Mr Wint and Mr Kidd watch the helicopter blow up, it blows up and crashes quite a long distance from them. Then, after they have made the "If God meant man to fly" joke, the smoking wreckage of the helicopter is shown again - only it is suddenly much closer to them.

Clueless - S2-E15

Continuity mistake: When the wife is taken away by the police, it's late in the evening: the lights are off in the hallway, and outside the hospital is dark (only illuminated by streetlights, with no natural light). However, when Cameron speaks to House in his office following this, it's bright broad daylight outside his office window. Then, when House drives home, it goes back to being dark. Continuity mistake: At Gonzalez's villa, Bond knocks a balding henchman into the pool by hitting him with a sun umbrella. However, when the following shots of Bond running away from the pool are shown, the henchman is not in the water; only the girl he was previously kissing is there.

Continuity mistake: At Gonzalez's villa, Bond has just hit the henchman by the pool with the sun umbrella. Given the henchman is right by the edge of the pool and Bond hits him hard, he should fall into the pool almost immediately. The camera then cuts to Locque's henchman getting up - and Locque stopping him from getting up. The camera then cuts back to the henchman Bond hit several seconds previously. He is still in the exact same place and only now starts falling backwards into the pool.

Continuity mistake: When Baby Shoes fires the gun at Joe, the first camera shot shows he's holding the gun with both hands. However, in the next camera shot he's only holding the gun in one hand. (00:01:55)

The Henderson Challenge - S3-E2

Continuity mistake: Albert tricks Eddie into having a large "X" drawn on his forehead in permanent marker when they're sitting in the bar. Shortly afterwards, when they're in the flat waiting for the crew to arrive, it's completely vanished with no trace of ink left. There's no way Eddie could have scrubbed it all off and left no trace—permanent marker takes a couple of days to fade completely from skin, even with regular washing.

The Hush Heist - S6-E6

Continuity mistake: When Mickey seduces the MI5 agent, when she says to him, "You know she wanted to screw you?", Mickey has his hands on his hips. However, in the covert video recording of that same meeting (shown at the end of the episode), Mickey now has his arms crossed at the same point she makes that comment. (00:32:44 - 00:53:10)
