Continuity mistake: It is stated multiple times that forensics reports showed that the Bay Harbor Butcher used ketamine to incapacitate his victims. However, it wasn't ketamine that Dexter used in the original series, but rather M99.
Other mistake: When Angela first approaches Audrey in the crowd of protesters, you can see Tess in the background, and her mouth movement is not synchronized with the words the other protesters are saying. Trivia: Dexter's alias throughout the series is Jim Lindsay. The surname Lindsay is most likely in homage to Jeff Lindsay, the author of the Dexter series of novels.
Question: Would it actually be possible for someone as young as Harrison was to remember seeing his mother being murdered? I think he was around a year old at the time.
Answer: Around 1 year old is very unlikely. However, there are numerous reports and articles online of kids as young as 4 telling people "daddy hurt mummy" or vice versa when witnessing a murder.
