Character mistake: Dexter tells Harrison he was around his age when he started exhibiting violent tendencies. However, in the original series, Dexter was considerably younger, as flashbacks detailed that a pre-pubescent Dexter would kill animals. One episode even showed that a dog that a very young Deb brought home had to be taken back, as Harry feared that Dexter would kill it.
Trivia: Dexter's alias throughout the series is Jim Lindsay. The surname Lindsay is most likely in homage to Jeff Lindsay, the author of the Dexter series of novels.
