Question: I'm trying to find out what episode Liz makes reference to a lower back tribal tattoo with a Chinese symbol in it. I've looked everywhere.
Answer: Maybe s02e14, "Sandwich Day"? Liz is talking to Floyd and asking if the girl who answered his phone has a lower back tattoo with a Chinese character that is suppose to mean "peace", but probably means "I have chlamydia." But nothing about it being a tribal tattoo.

Question: When the kidnapper threatens to shoot Brad Garrett if he doesn't change the channel back, he then pulls the trigger but the gun doesn't go off. But when the gun is checked and empties, there are 6 bullets in the gun. Why did it not go off?
Answer: There were 5 live rounds ("bullets") and 1 empty shell. So the cylinder was positioned to shoot the spent round when the trigger was pulled.

Question: When Chekov successfully beams Kirk and Sulu up, what does he actually say?
Answer: The line he says in Russian is " Ё моё!" It's a Russian phrase of excitement, surprise, or disappointment. Literally it translates into "it's mine." But as a phrase, it really doesn't have an English translation. Some say it's equivalent to using the F-word while others say not really since it's not an obscene word.

Question: When Josh accuses John Heard of cheating at racquetball, was Heard in fact cheating, or did Josh just not understand the rules of the game?
Answer: Paul (John Heard) tells Josh that the serve has to cross the yellow line. When Josh calls the ball short, Paul is basically trying to cheat and claims he never said the ball has to cross the line. Although I'm trying to figure out what racquet sport their playing. It looks like they're playing on a handball court, but the racquet sports I know, the ball has to cross the short line (the yellow line in "Big") on the serve but you also serve from a service area where you have to stand in front of the short line, which they don't do.

Question: In the credits a character is shown as "2 to 5 / 7 to 9". Who is this character and what is the significance of her name?
Answer: I'm not sure which person you're referring to here specifically, but the meaning is someone who makes a habit of constantly going to funeral calling hours (normally 2pm-5pm and 7pm to 9pm) for morbid entertainment or gossip purposes (elderly ladies, for example).
Answer: In "Proshai, Livushka", she's the person talking to Meadow in the hall, while Tony watches, and says to Meadow, "I'm so sorry about your grandmother." She also appears and is credited in s03e05, "Another Toothpick" and s03e13, "Army of One." In s06e18 "Kennedy and Heidi", one of Tony's men points her out (although refers to her as 3 to 5, 7 to 9) and when someone asks why they call her that, he says "she never misses a wake." Although in this episode, Marie Donato is not credited.

Question: At Thelma's wedding, Michael is singing "You And I" from O'Bryan. But this episode is from 1978 and the song came out in 1983 (5 years later). Did Ralph Carter (Michael) originate that song before O'Bryan made it famous?
Answer: "You and I (We Can Conquer the World) " is a song written and performed by Stevie Wonder in 1972. O'Bryan just did a cover of the song.

Answer: The last song I believe you're referring to was composed by Mark Mothersbaugh. However, there are no official names for the scores he composed. It would just be something like "End Credit Suite."

Answer: It's from s06e23, "The One With The Ring." Chandler and Phoebe are at a jewelry store and Phoebe tried to run after a guy while still holding store property, which caused the door to lock and the metal gate to come down.

Question: When Del is explaining the night of the accident to Susan, he says that he told the robot to save the little girl. The robot ignored Del's order and chose to save him instead. Robots are supposed to follow any order they are given. Since the robot ignored Del's order, was it ever explained what happened to it or are we meant to come up with our conclusion?
Answer: The 2nd law states they have to follow any order given by a human unless it conflicts with the 1st law. The 1st law is that a robot can not harm or by inaction cause harm to come to a human. The robot already determined Del has a better survival rate and thus, by following Del's order, it would cause it to violate the 1st law because its inactions would cause harm to Del. Nothing happened to the robot, it didn't malfunction.

Question: At the end of every episode, it shows Fred putting out the sabertooth tiger. Has this animal ever appeared in any of the episodes? If yes, what episodes was it in? If no, then why show Fred putting an animal he doesn't own outside?
Answer: The name of the pet is "Baby Puss." He has appeared in episodes, but only a very few. The first episode was probably "The X-Ray Story" from season 2.

Question: During the opening credits, was there a TV show being parodied by Beavis and Butthead? If so, what was the show?
Answer: It was a variety of 70's cop shows. The car is from "Starsky and Hutch" (just a different color). The opening style is from "Charlie's Angels." The song is similar to the song from "Shaft" and a parody of "Two Tough Guys."

Question: Why did they change Katey Sagal's wig after a few episodes?
Answer: After which episode are you talking about a wig change? According to Katy Sagal, she didn't start wearing a wig until season 3. The first 3 seasons she would just do her own hair. Once the show became successful is when the show bought her a wig. Any changes to her hair style during the first 3 seasons would be natural. They may have used a couple different wigs later just to keep her hair style changing.

Freddy Vs. Jason (2003)
Question: Why was Kane Hodder disallowed to reprise the role of Jason? I know that director wanted Jason to be taller than Freddy but Kane Hodder is taller than Robert Englund. Thus, if he was hired again, Jason still would have been taller than Freddy.
Answer: This is one of those questions where we'll probably never know the real reason because different people involved have different stories as to why Kirzinger was picked over Holder. Holder himself has said he doesn't know why he didn't reprise the role, especially since he was told he would and was given a script. Some accounts say Yu wanted Jason to tower over Freddy and Kirzinger is 2" taller than Holder. One of the casting directors said Yu thought Holder's version of Jason was too campy. Meanwhile, Yu said it was New Line Cinema's decision to recast Holder because they want to change the direction of the film and used this film as a reboot of the series.

Question: How is this possible that Ahsoka became Anakin's apprentice? It makes no sense at all. Only Jedi Masters can have apprentices but Anakin was never given the title of the Master. In Revenge of the Sith he even lamented over the fact that he became a member of Jedi Council without receiving the title of the Master. So how could Ahsoka be his apprentice?
Answer: It's not just Jedi Masters than can have Padawans (apprentice), Jedi Knights can also have them. And at the time Luke was the rank of Knight. In fact, the reference book "The Star Wars Book", it says once a Jedi Knight trains a Padawan to knighthood then they could become a Jedi Master.

Question: How did the Green Goblin find out Peter was Spider-Man?
Answer: Like Norman, Peter came in late to the thanksgiving dinner and Peter had a wound at the same spot Norman wounded Spiderman.
Answer: When Green Goblin and Spider-Man are fighting during the apartment fire, Goblin is able to cut Spider-Man on the arm. Later, after the fight, when meeting for Thanksgiving dinner, Norman sees Peter has a cut on his arm in the same spot as Spider-Man.

The Terminator (1984)
Question: In the hotel room scene when the landlord/manager knocks on the door and asks if he has a dead cat in the room, why is the Terminator sitting down on the bed, especially turned away from the door? If the Terminator is an indefatigable machine only resembling a human on the outside, why would it ever be seen in a relaxed pose at all, and ignoring the sole point of entry to the room it's in?
Answer: I wouldn't call him sitting a "relaxed pose." The scene is brief, but at the time he's looking through Sarah's address book but we don't know what else he was doing. We see him sitting while repairing his arm and we see him sitting when making a telephone call. So he may have been doing other things that he couldn't do standing. As far as ignoring the door (which wasn't the sole point of entry since we see him go through the window), as a terminator machine, he doesn't really have to be on alert for an attack like a person would.
Answer: The T-800 is designed to blend in with the human race. As such it will act as a human does with the aim of maintaining its cover. Another example is why do they find clothes? Sure a naked man walking round is going to attract attention of police but they are capable of dealing with such situations.
That is true when the Terminator is among humans but in this scene it is alone in the room. The question remains why it sits, looking away from the door, if there is no-one else there.
The answer provided still works, based on how the Terminators are portrayed in the sequels. They will gradually learn more and more human behaviors and adapt them to their programming. In this case, sitting down when idle. Another example is the T-1000 giving a very human-like puzzled expression when he notices the silver mannequin. Also, the T-X in Terminator 3 smirks at numerous points throughout that movie when things go her way. None of these behaviors are done for the benefit of "blending in" and appear to simply be learned behaviors.
Answer: You're right, it doesn't make sense for the Terminator to sit facing away from the threat. In the second movie we see the Terminator standing the whole night in the same position, looking outside. It seems more verisimilar, except for the gun on his shoulder pointing back.

Question: At the end of the movie, Johnny Rico praises Zim who caught Brain Bug by saying "Good job, Sergeant." Then Zim answers "Thank you, sir. That would be private, sir." What does he mean? Sergeant is a higher rank than private, right?
Answer: While Zim was a sergeant, he had to be demoted to private in order to fight on the front line.

Question: How does Stacy give Guy 5 cent change if his total is $1.10? Did he have a 15 cent piece?
Answer: This could be considered a mistake. Some people say the pizza cost $1.05, and he gave her $1.10, with 5 cents back. But if you watch the register, she rings up $1.10 before he hands her the money and then it shows $0.05. It seems this part wasn't in the script, so was added as filler and some of the sequence is slightly off.
Answer: Three quarters and four dimes would make it correct.
But you can see that there is a dollar bill in the transaction - check the " mistakes" on this forum for the discussion. Your theory would be correct, had the dollar bill not been shown.
His bill was $1.05 and he gave her $1.10 so his change was a nickel.
No, his bill is 1.10. Stacey even says " that'll be 1.10"
Answer: She's acknowledging how much the guy gives her, not how much the pizza cost. She says "1.10" and then gives him 5 cents back, because the pizza likely costs $1.05.

Answer: He's Chris Crocker. In 2007, he made the YouTube video talking about everything Britney Spears had gone through, and he felt the media and people were ganging up on her and making fun of her, and he ended up breaking down and crying "leave Britney alone." It was thrown in the movie since the movie was making fun of Spears.
