Continuity mistake: At the very end when McClane is talking to Farrell, he has three steri-strips over his left eye, but when he goes back to his daughter he only has two.

Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer trivia picture

Trivia: The guest that was rejected at the party really was Stan Lee who helped popularize the Fantastic Four through writing the comic book for many years. This is actually from the comic book wedding of Reed Richards and Sue Storm (in the 60s) where a guest who looked like Stan Lee was turned away from the wedding.

Joel Amos Gordon

Audio problem: Just as McClane and Farrell are about to leave the Eastern Power Hub, Farrell goes on a long rant and his mouth does not match the words he is saying. [In the unrated version of the film, the rant concurs with Will's mouth movements, but the mistake is valid for the regular version.]

Daltry Calhoun (2005)

Revealing mistake: Whenever June is supposed to be playing the harmonica, the viewer can tell she is actually not playing it but just putting it up to her mouth. Her cheeks never are pushed out or sucked in by the air she is supposedly using to play the instrument. Also at the very end when she is playing the guitar it doesn't seem that her hand movements match the music that is heard.

Joel Amos Gordon

Trivia: This movie was filmed back-to-back with Letters from Iwo Jima, a fictional account of the battle of Iwo Jima that looks at it from the Japanese soldier's perspective.

Joel Amos Gordon

Revealing mistake: There are several scenes (most notably when the group is ambushed at Mt. Suribachi) where the bayonets attached to the guns bend back and forth showing them to actually be rubber instead of metal.

Revealing mistake: When Maximus goes up against the 6 gladiators by himself, the fourth gladiator (carrying an axe and wearing a large helmet) he slashes across the right side right above the belt. You can tell the slash doesn't cut, but leaves a trail of blood and in the next shot the blood disappears entirely. (01:06:55 - 01:07:00)

This happens twice during the sequence.

Joel Amos Gordon

In one shot the pelvis is hanging off the lower of the tongs, but in the next shot it's clamped between the tongs. This series of shots occurs a couple times during the conversation.

Joel Amos Gordon

Coming of Rage - S4-E10

Continuity mistake: Nick counts the bullet holes in the rabbit sign used for target practice and says there are only 9 holes. It shows a flashback to the guy shooting and he shoots a tenth hole in the sign near the rabbit's right arm. This hole is not shown on the sign Nick looks at.

Joel Amos Gordon

Invisible Evidence - S4-E7

Continuity mistake: When Catherine tells Grisson she liked the tough act (while listening to the guy testify) he said too much, she said not enough. Then he glances over at her. The guy is talking, which indicates a continuous line, even though the shot changes, but Grissom is not looking at Catherine during the shot change, instead he's got his head leaning against the glass.

Joel Amos Gordon

Assume Nothing (1) - S4-E1

Continuity mistake: When Grisson gets on the vibrating bed, in the close up shots he is sitting with his neck even to the top of the headboard and no pillow showing. In the wide-angle shot, he's hunched down lower with a lot of the pillow showing above his shoulders.

Revealing mistake: When Ayla gets her leg cut by the lion, the claw that cuts her doesn't look like a lion's paw (it looks like a bear) and you can see the "blood" is already on the paw and coming out of it as it dragged across her legs.

Joel Amos Gordon

Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the movie when Ayla's mom is dying, Ayla grabs on to a finger or her outstretched hand. The scene cuts and Ayla's mom has her hand wrapped around Ayla's hand.

Legally Blonde (2001)

Plot hole: At the end of the movie when getting out of the bear pit, the crew decides to use a ladder when a set of stairs can be seen. Was this so Vince Vaughn could give his respect speech?

Suggested correction: You forgot to mention the stairs are also in the bear cave and there's no guarantee they lead out of the pit.

Factual error: At one point when Sam is visiting Delilah in the courthouse he is hugging her and the Sheriff guarding the door comes in and sees them. As the sheriff is leaving, he has a patch on his arm that says "County Sheriff." As this episode took place in Louisiana, there would only be Parish Sheriffs, not a County Sheriff.
