Tooth or Consequences - S4-E4

Plot hole: Al can't eat because his mouth is numb. So they go ahead and eat. Al can eat after the novocaine wears off and Peg can put leftovers in the fridge. They all act like Al can't eat for days and there won't be any food left.

Continuity mistake: At the end we see Matthew strapped to the table. After his heart stops the straps over his shoulders disappear. (01:46:16 - 01:51:04)

Toil and Till - S7-E2

Plot hole: In season 6 episode 13 Jax comes home and finds Tara. He picks her up and holds her. In this episode Gemma is looking at the crime scene pictures that Unser has. They show Tara in her original position on the floor when Jax finds her. Not possible because Jax moved her.

Continuity mistake: Beth puts meat, two potatoes and some carrots on Jakes plate. When she sets it on the table there are three potatoes and no carrots at all. (00:45:02 - 00:45:30)

The Outsiders (1983)

Stupidity: Johnny bleaches and cuts Ponyboy's hair and cuts and washes his own, thinking that would make them not fit the pictures of them. They look the same just with blonde hair and not greasy hair.

Suggested correction: I think you are right to a certain extent, but not necessarily when things are put in perspective. For example, they were "Greasers" and a certain image was attached to this status. Something like washing their hair would make them less noticeable among "Soc's" and other non-Greaser statuses. Anyone looking for them would not automatically assume they washed their hair or had the time to get hair cuts and bleaching while "on the lam." If an APB went out, it would contain their usual appearances.

Peggy Turns 300 - S4-E19

Plot hole: In this episode Al is about to break Puggy Weaver's record. Peg decides to bowl and scores a perfect score of 300. Problem is Peg is a horrible bowler, as seen in season 2 episode 9. She never bowls with Al or even enjoys bowling, so this episode really makes no sense.

Suggested correction: This is not a plot hole, but a plot point. Yes, Peg is a horrible bowler, but it's typical Al Bundy luck that his wife would be able to put together a perfect game no matter how unlikely.

ctown28

So this one and only episode she scores a perfect game? Highly unlikely. Oh and she's wearing a long evening dress too which would make it difficult to bowl. So this episode makes no sense.

Amy Emerick Tice

It makes perfect sense. In the world of the show, the universe is out to screw Al over. The worst that can possibly happen to him will happen no matter how unlikely.

It is a comedy, so having all those "strikes" against her, she still managed to bowl a perfect game - leaving Al hopeless and hapless.

Halloween II (1981)

Factual error: At the end when Loomis lights the lighter, the room explodes and is engulfed in flames. Loomis would've burned to death quickly yet shows up in part 4 with burns on his face and arm.

Suggested correction: First, surviving an explosion is unlikely, but not impossible - there are plenty of real-life stories of people surviving fiery blasts. Second, I would argue that it definitely falls firmly under suspension of disbelief, and therefore I don't believe it's a valid mistake. And third, even if it was a valid mistake, this should be a mistake under the "Halloween 4" page, not the "Halloween 2" page.
