Trivia: If you complete all the Taxi missions, you get rewarded with an awesome mod on all taxis. Now, any taxi anywhere in the game has NOS, and has the ability to jump by pressing R3 (or XBox equivalent).

Trivia: Intro Mission 2: In the second room you go to, if you go to the doors right next to the security drone you can hack and turn to your side, look through the glass windows of this door. You can see two doctors, a male and female, with arms locked and making out. A funny little Easter Egg the game developers placed there.

Trivia: Just after Rachel asks Deckard that if she goes north, would he hunt her, he says no and then walks behind her. He is out of focus during this next part, but pay close attention as he says "but somebody would." His eyes can be seen glowing like the other replicants in that light, which is one of the clues people say leads them to believe he is also a replicant. (01:06:40)

Trivia: After the ending credits, there is an additional scene showing an alien invasion appear from a temporal rift. This is likely an homage to the upcoming movie, Justice League: War, which is the story of the Justice League first forming in order to combat an alien invasion. (01:20:50)

Trivia: The 3 cities in this game actually represent and are supposed to loosely mirror 3 real cities. Los Santos is Los Angeles, California. San Fierro is San Francisco, California. And Las Venturas is Las Vegas, Nevada.

The Scorn of the Star Sapphire! - S3-E5

Trivia: After freeing Miss Taylor from the grip of Star Sapphire, Green Lantern encases her in a green energy box and flies her away. The box is shaped almost exactly like a shuttle craft from Star Trek. (00:15:50)

Trivia: In the main menu, if you press the Z button on the Game Cube version (unsure about other versions), the camera angle changes and you can view different angles of the crew working in the bridge of the battle ship.

Trivia: The opening theme to this movie is the same theme used in the 1989 Batman film, directed by Tim Burton. The opening sequence even plays homage to that film by having camera movements close up around the Batman emblem in the same fashion, and the names of the people and production team appear in the same order at the same time in the same position of the Bat symbol in both movies, most notably when the director's name appears. Funnily enough the director of this movie is named Jon Burton, no relation to Tim. (00:00:10)

Trivia: After Will dislocates his own thumb to escape hand cuffs, he forces the cop car to crash. This distracts another cop driver who plows into a building. A civilian wearing a mask is sent flying, and cries out in the iconic Wilhelm scream. (01:03:15)

Trivia: There was an extensive opening scene that was filmed where Snake robbed the bank with a partner before they were caught, and his partner killed. Snake went back to try and help his wounded partner, just to see him get shot down and then the cops surround him. But the scene was cut from the movie because early screenings proved that it only confused the audience. That they had no idea what was going on until it was too late. It also served to humanize Snake and make him seem more like a good guy, which was not the effect they wanted at all.

Trivia: Right in the beginning of the film when the electrician discovers the marijuana plants, he reaches inside and is pulled violently inside the building. He lets out an iconic Wilhelm scream. (00:02:05)

Trivia: When the deal goes bust after the cops arrive, Frank takes off running. He pushes a guy over some railings and you hear the iconic Wilhelm scream. (00:26:55)

Trivia: During the prison Broadway scene, director John Carpenter is the one playing the violin. (00:33:30)

Trivia: You will notice in some scenes that Snake has a scar on his cheek, most notably when he is confronting Hauk about the explosives injected into his neck. Kurt Russell has a dimple there, and it was a wardrobe decision to place a scar on it because they didn't want Snake Plissken to look like he had a dimple. (00:23:55)

Trivia: Donald Pleasance made up a whole back story about how he, as a British man, was able to become president of the USA in this film, seeing as how only a nationally born citizen can be president. According to John Carpenter, the film's director, Donald's story had something to do with Margret Thatcher taking over the world and the US becoming a British Colony again. It was funny, and apparently well thought out, even as just a joke, but Carpenter didn't use any of it for the film. (00:11:30)

Trivia: At one point when the film crew was filming in Atlanta, the camera dolly broke down. So they put the camera on a baby carriage and used that to continue filming.

Trivia: When Lee Van Cleef was cast for the role of Bob Hauk, the director and Kurt Russell decided to draw on old Spaghetti Westerns for Snake. Looking at the dynamics between Lee Van Cleef and Clint Eastwood in those old movies, Kurt drew from that and modeled Snake Plissken after Clint Eastwood, especially his voice.

Trivia: The first time Kurt Russell saw this movie with an audience, he was in New York with his family. Try as he may, he couldn't convince the theater owner that he was in the movie, even though he is obviously the star film. So he wound up having to pay his and his 7 family members' way into the movie.

Trivia: At the end of the Aztec level when the space shuttle takes off, you can tell exactly what they did for the fire effects of the engines. Normal shuttles would have a column of fire blasting down from each engine and have an ear shattering roar. But in this game, only the ends of the engines burst into fire several times rapidly as it goes up and the sound is just a single explosive sound on repeat. To get the effect, the game programmers set it like a grenade exploding over and over and over again at on the end of each engine.
