Revealing mistake: There is one shot of the house with the wheelbarrow, while Zelda is beside it with the crossbow, that shows the side of the house. The window shutters on that side are badly drawn. They are different sizes, even on the same window, and half don't even line up with the windows right. Especially the left shutter on the right window. (00:31:55)

The Ringer - S1-E1
Revealing mistake: Link blocks a bomb thrown at him into the air. As it is coming back down, the motion of it was lazily animated. The bomb has spikes on it, and to indicate the one pointed directly at the camera, it is shown with a very slight point towards the top of the screen so it doesn't look like just a gray dot. But the bomb is spinning, and so the point goes around with it, despite being directly at the camera and looks like a clock hand. (00:13:50)

Revealing mistake: After crashing on his skeleton-drawn throne, Ganon stands up and orders the remaining 3 skeletons to attack Link and Zelda. Watch his head as they pass by him. At two different times while they pass by, Ganon's head randomly jumps out of place and onto his shoulder for a frame or two, then back where it goes. (00:12:30)

The Legend of Zelda (1989)
Revealing mistake: After Zelda is kidnapped by the Zola, Prince Facade rushes out the castle door with a giant Spider hanging on him. Watch closely as he opens the door. For several frames as the door opens, there is nobody there. But once the door is a little past half open, Prince Facade and the spider suddenly just appear in the shot almost already out the door. The Legend of Zelda (1989)
Revealing mistake: After Link storms off after being laughed at, there is a shot showing his medals on the floor in front of the door. The designs at the bottom of the door are poorly drawn and misshapen. Being a nice, royal castle like this, they wouldn't have imperfect metal plating designs on their doors. This is just poor art and was likely rushed. (00:38:30)

The Legend of Zelda (1989)
Revealing mistake: Trying to impress Zelda, Link walks into the room where she and her father are listening to Prince Facade's tall tales, wearing his idea of a prince outfit, complete with blue boots that have spurs on them. As he walks forward, the spurs keep passing right through the opposite foot like it's not there. (00:38:10)

The Legend of Zelda (1989)
Revealing mistake: While Link is sword laser zapping the first two Tin Suits, one shot shows a house behind Link. The door on that house looks like it was rushed when it was drawn or the whole house was. There is a window that looks normal enough, but maybe slightly on the large side. But right below the window, there is a door that is way too small. It looks ridiculous and out of place, especially when compared to the window. (00:31:00)

The Legend of Zelda (1989)
Revealing mistake: There is a hole left in the barn after the Octorok throws Link through it. The hole in the boards overlaps onto the support column in one spot, which makes no sense. Especially since the next shot shows the hole nowhere near the support column. (00:32:10)

The Legend of Zelda (1989)
Revealing mistake: After Link begins walking to the castle, the scene changes to Ganon's lair in Death Mountain. It first shows the exterior of the volcano and you can see smoke coming from the top. The smoke is obviously a looped animation, where the same frames are repeated over and over again to show continuum. This in of itself is not a mistake, as animation loops are fairly common in cartoons, especially during this era. But the jump between the first and last frames of this smoke is so jarring it makes it painfully obvious it is looped and poorly done. (00:35:10)

The Legend of Zelda (1989)
Revealing mistake: Link runs towards the wheelbarrow to launch himself at the Tin Suits. Before he does, there is a close up shot of two of the Tin Suits marching at him. The one on the left has the eye holes on his helmet poorly drawn and look misshapen compared to the Tin Suit on the right. (00:30:35)

Equilibrium (2002)
Revealing mistake: Before Mary is incinerated, she is shown standing behind the door looking through the T shaped window. Only a portion of her face is seen with her right eye on the left side of the opening, and some hair wavy over it. The shot cuts back and forth between her and Preston a few times, then the camera zooms in on Preston's eye. Mary's reflection is in his eye, however it is not a mirror image when it should be. It should be a mirror image reflected. (01:22:20)

Identity Thief (2013)
Revealing mistake: The bounty hunter captures Diana and has her in his van. She knocks him out in their fight with a punch to the throat. He is slumped over the steering wheel and she can't get him off as the van is going down the highway. She can't steer the van at all and it is heading for a turn. However, on the outside showing Sandy's car following, they come to a turn in the road and the van turns. They did a good job trying to disguise this with the style of filming, but not quite good enough.

Equilibrium (2002)
Revealing mistake: During the fight where Preston deploys his lethal pistol whips on the Grammaton cops, watch closely towards the end of the sequence. There is a semi close up of one of the cops getting nailed in the face with Preston's gun. His helmet's visor shatters and you can see some red come off it, supposedly blood. But you can see there is a second layer of protective visor sunk back in the helmet to protect the actor's face from shattering glass/plastic. (00:59:00)

Equilibrium (2002)
Revealing mistake: Preston pulls his bathroom mirror out of the wall so he can hide his Prozium behind it. The shots taken from inside the hole in the wall have some sort of blue glow at the very bottom. You can tell this is some sort of light, probably on the camera itself, as when the mirror is put back on the wall, it should be pitch black inside the hole as it blocks out all light. But the blue glow remains. (00:53:35)

Cold Spells - S1-E2
Revealing mistake: As Ganon is making off with the Triforce of Wisdom, he looks back and sees Link and Zelda catching up to him on horseback. He yells "Blast! They're coming!" He then looks back forward. Watch closely, as he turns his head, the Triforce, which is neatly tucked under his arm, randomly jumps out of his hand for a couple frames, and then goes back. (00:25:30)

Revealing mistake: Ganon goes on a monologue rant after the bird reports to him. There is a half circle design on the front of his helmet just below the front spike. As he moves and says the word Triforce, that half circle vanishes and then comes back. It also did this before only a few seconds earlier. All in the same shot. (00:18:40)

Interview with a Hitman (2012)
Revealing mistake: When young Viktor does his first two kills, he is using a revolver. I think a 38 Special by the looks of it. As he shoots, there is no kick to the gun. (00:23:25)
