Revealing mistake: When the Level 3 Sentry is firing up into the air for no apparent reason, it fires some rockets with a clear defined smoke trail behind them and disappear off screen. Then the shot jump cuts to further away and suddenly the smoke appears again, but the end of the smoke trails are solid and crisp indicating the animators used the smoke animation as if the rockets had just been fired from that spot... in the middle of the sky. Revealing mistake: In the Kitchen of Barber's Mansion, when you put the canteen under the water spout to fill it with water, you can see the sprite of the canteen is just put over the top of the water animation, as the water is visible underneath it.

Revealing mistake: Last Man Standing: If two fugitives are in the van and you pan the camera around to the front, birth fugitives can he seen sitting in their seats. If the player in the passenger sear presses X or whatever key they have bind to the taunt communication, the passenger fugitive can be seen dancing in his seat with his legs and waste going through it and through the van. He sits stationary on the other communications. If you look closely when at the right angle, the same happens for the driver.

Revealing mistake: On Escort matches, any time the tank goes under a walkway, you can see the antennas sticking up through the floor moving through it like a shark fin.

Revealing mistake: Blue is walking down a hall with a paddle ball in his hand. He is twirling around the ball and string around the paddle. However it's obvious that the string is somehow just passing through the paddle itself and not going around it. It's especially noticeable when he stops and the string slows down and visibly passes right through the wood of the paddle.

Revealing mistake: After opening the door to the superman clone lab, Jimmy and Lois walk in with the light source behind them at an extreme angle. Yet their shadows are shown as if the light is right above them. It should be elongated from their front. (00:57:05)

Revealing mistake: After Dark Superman opens the door to the salon, the camera pans across the women inside and their reaction to seeing him enter. Watch closely at the stairs, there is a lady just randomly hovering in the air above the stairs and away from the ledge. Not touching the ground, she is actually just hovering there in an drawing error. Her waist down to her legs are visible just in the air. (00:52:55)

Revealing mistake: After hearing Spryte scream, Ganon teleports into the cave area and looks around. As he does, an odd animation glitch of a blue spot suddenly appears above his head just to the right for a few frames and then vanishes. It's almost the size of his head. (00:12:05)

Revealing mistake: Zelda trips over some tree roots trying to save Link from Ganon and then an Octoroc wraps its tentacles around her. The underside of the tentacles are shaded much darker due to being in shadow. But as the tentacles wrap around her, the side that is in shade on part move the other side and remain dark, when the light should be shining on it from the other side. It is not simply the coloring of the creature as in a following shot there is no dark areas at all due to no shade. And in other shots also the lighting effects where the dark areas are. (00:07:25)

Revealing mistake: When Zelda says Link will always have her and they will stay friends, there is an error in her animation. She puts her arms out to her sides as she says "You still have me" and then instantly her arms go back to being in front of her in a single frame only for her to extend them out at her sides again at normal speed as she walks towards him. Revealing mistake: When Zelda comes into the shot to push Frog Link out of the way of the mummy attacking, look closely and you can see that Link starts getting pushed out of the way before Zelda's hands even come close to reaching him. (00:05:40)

Revealing mistake: When Lois looks in the driver seat of the bus, there is a mechanical doll there that turns its face towards her and holds up a kitchen knife. The doll has a missing eye, and this is shown in the reflection on the knife. But the crack that is under the hole where the eye is missing is not fully reflected. (00:36:20)

Revealing mistake: An electronics shop has TVs on display, all showing a newscast about rising crime rates in Metropolis since Superman's death, and the window is broken by a brick as some thugs start stealing the TVs. Watch closely as they pull them out, the TVs have no power cords, but are on. Most noticeably on the second one when the guy has the TV lifted up, no cord seen, and yet the image still displays on the TV until he pulls it out of the window. (00:33:05)

Revealing mistake: Doomsday drops Superman once he hears a little girl crying and walks up to her to try and smash her. As he is walking up, it shows a close up of the crying girl and she is wearing a pink shirt with denim overalls on. But look closely and you can see a mistake in how she was drawn. The straps of the overalls are incomplete and stop a few centimeters away from the buttons on them that are supposed to hold the straps in place, and the buttons are between the straps and her overalls, with a gap between the buttons and the front part as well. It's not connected at all and should be falling off her. (00:25:15)

Revealing mistake: Scream Fortress 2014 - Carnival of Carnage: Sometimes if you get killed while using the shrinking spell, and you are standing on a sloped or uneven surface, your body will get party stuck through the ground as it instantly goes back to regular size in death. And this can even cause where all that is sticking up from the ground is your head, as it hangs there.

Revealing mistake: After Superman is thrown into a building, it cuts to Jimmy and Lois strapping themselves into a helicopter. The seatbelts in the chopper are not drawn correctly. The holes where they come out of the seat are not symmetrical, don't match from one seat to the next, and are overlapping the edges of the fabric on some and not on others. And then when it cuts to a side view of Lois, the holes are gone and it looks like the belt just stops at the seat. (00:19:10)
