Revealing mistake: Both NSA and Pentagon feeds display "HD" and "4K" at the same time, which are different resolutions and wouldn't be listed together. The NSA feed also shows a battery icon despite being a fixed security camera, not a portable device. These are unrealistic HUD elements for professional surveillance systems. It is also the same display with battery at 80% from both cameras, indicating it is just a copy-paste in the editing. Several other shots have the exact same overlay later as well. (00:01:30)

Revealing mistake: When Will launches "Guardian," the window shows the Restore icon (two overlapping squares) in the title bar even though the app isn't maximized (desktop is visible around it). In Windows, that icon only appears when a window is maximized; a non-maximized window should show a single Maximize square. (00:00:45)

Revealing mistake: There is a safe house in The Following DLC map with two kids playing some hand held video games sitting in a room. If you look at them closely, the screens are not on with the devices not even actually powered on with black screens. Despite this the kids rapidly press buttons like they are playing them, and you can hear the sounds of games being played.

Prey - S3-E14

Revealing mistake: After Andrea avoids the truck on the road, she is attacked in the woods by some walkers and pinned to a tree. After breaking free, she goes to stab a woman on the ground with her knife. But as she goes to strike, you can see the actress slowing her strike down "pulling the punch" and gently resting the blade on the walker's head instead of actually striking. (00:20:41)

Revealing mistake: The character Sheriff Hardin is wearing a Sheriff's star badge on his chest. His coat has a flap on the opening that overlaps it a little causing the badge to clip through his jacket half-way.

Revealing mistake: After Book shoots McFee, McFee is leaning against the wall with a shotgun in his hand. He is holding a full pump action shotgun with one hand pointed up while wounded and then fires the gun. When he does, there is absolutely no kick to the shotgun at all, revealing it to be a blank shot.

Speed Demon / Mojo Jonesin' - S2-E12

Revealing mistake: In the episode Speed Demon. When the girls are hugging each other outside the school, Blossom's eyelid on her left eye continues to vanish and pop back as she laughs.

Revealing mistake: On the train level, traffic will drive through itself. For example, a truck will go right through a car going the opposite direction with no collision.

Revealing mistake: After the famous suspension scene, you meet up with the Arms Dealer. The programming for the background characters is so bad that during the cut scenes they walk through the main characters.

Revealing mistake: At the end of the film, the screw is tapping on the window to get out and Hogarth moves to put the box down. The box completely vanishes from the shot for a few frames towards the end of the shot.

Revealing mistake: When using a hook on your hand, it will often times bend in similar ways a normal hand would. Especially when picking up a pet and petting them, the hook bends and twist like a flesh finger despite being a metal or bone hook.

Revealing mistake: When the group is shooting up the walkers as they take the prison, many people are firing various guns in casual positions. Almost nobody seems to have any kick to their weapons at all. (00:11:10)

Revealing mistake: When Matt is running across the rooftops doing Parkour to keep up with the car he's following, there is a shot of him running towards another roof about to jump. In this shot, it's clear there is a stunt double in Charlie Cox's place. (00:29:27)

High Five - S1-E2

Revealing mistake: For shows like this, sped up footage can be used for effect on people or items to make them seem like they are going faster. However, in the Command Center after Alpha accident'y zaps himself, he starts to flail around the room rapidly with sped up camera. The rangers move out of the way at seemingly normal speed which would mean they were actually moving slowly when filming to make it appear they were normal. This is a good effect, except the sped up camera is given away by the fact the fluctuating lights on the golden poles around the room are flashing at much higher speeds by the sped up footage, giving it away. Revealing mistake: After the rope breaks and Bulk is on the floor, he and Skull look up as the ceiling dumps pieces onto them. After this, Bulk spits out white dust that's from the ceiling. However before this even happens as he starts to look up, you can see some white on his lips with his cheeks and mouth perched where he already has the powder in his mouth ready to spit out. Revealing mistake: Ashley J. Williams: While using the cosmetic of Ash's Carved Wooden Hand, and using a map, the map is sticking through his hand and protruding through the wood.

Revealing mistake: Young Henry's eyes are distractingly bad with obvious contacts that look really fake.

Revealing mistake: The Alolan variant of the Exeggutor is portrayed as being so tall that its head is usually off screen above the camera, but when bending down for attacks you can still see it's head. If you defeat a gym while using the Alolan Exeggutor however, the victory screen will have it's head cut off much lower down and just disappearing into the void where it could still be seen otherwise.

Revealing mistake: David King: When using the shirtless cosmetic for David, his pants clip into his back while he is running with each step he takes.

Revealing mistake: When opening a Cosmic Chest, the round key will clip into the box for a moment before aligning correctly and opening it.
