Revealing mistake: All the Moblins are shown to have one of their bottom teeth sticking up out of their mouth longer than the others on the bottom of their mouth. And in all of them the long tooth is on the right side of their mouth. When one charges Link, you see it's reflection in Link's sword, yet despite it being a reflection, the long tooth is still on the right side of the Moblin's mouth.
Continuity mistake: When Link and Zelda are battling the skeletons, each time a skeleton is blasted away, it dissolves into itself leaving a white silhouette for a split second before vanishing, like it’s vaporized. It does this for each and every one, except one. During the fight, Link blocks two skeleton attacks at the same time and flings them up into the air, and then blasts them with sword lasers. They are side by side in the air, and the first one is blasted and dissolves away the same way, but the second one, when hit with the laser, just instantly vanishes. No dissolve or slow fade. Just poof and gone, which is inconsistent with anything else we saw previously or after this.
Continuity mistake: After Ganon is thrown from his skeleton drawn throne, he summons more of his skeleton minions through an underworld entrance cave that pops up from the ground in the middle of the road. Link hands Zelda the bone bow as it pops up and she looks back surprised at it. In this shot, the cave entrance is a perfect triangle shape, and there are no horn structures above the opening. Then it cuts to a closer view of the entrance as the Skeletons begin marching out. Now the underworld entrance has more curved shapes to it rather than strange lines making it triangle, and horn like structures appear above the opening. The rubble around the opening that came up from the road as it rose up also changes in shape.
Revealing mistake: Link ducks a blow from the Moblin’s staff that breaks the vase on the table next to him. The shock knocks the picture of Zelda off the wall that falls and shatters when it hits the table. Some of the debris fall off the side, but then inexplicably just hovers in the air. A small part of the picture frame hovering in the air on the left of the screen. You can tell this is just the animation of the breaking picture was not finished, as part of the debris also flies up above it and just freezes in mid air.
Continuity mistake: At the Amateur Magicians Contest, the first shot of the walk where Zelda sits in her throne shows a wooden piece stretching down from a balcony above the door to the top of the door. There are also windows to the left and right of her with a plant in them. A couple minutes later when Link looks out the window of his tower to see the dragon attacking Zelda, the wooden piece and the windows have vanished. The bricks of the wall also become fewer but bigger. As well as Zelda's stairs become shorter.

Continuity mistake: Ganon summons some skeletons to hold up his mobile throne so he can go to the Armature Magician's contest. As they appear, the floor is blue tile. But it cuts to a close up of their feet as their robes form and the ground has turned to pink tile. It changes angle again and suddenly it is a dark purplish blue, but with no tiles.
Revealing mistake: In rage, Ganon kills the Moblins for their failure and then teleports to his throne. He then begins talking to himself about how if he wants something done right, he has to do it himself. As his mouth moves, part of the rim of his hat won't hold its color, continually blinking from the hat's blue color, to Ganon's skin color.
Continuity mistake: When Zelda is apologizing to Link for slapping him after she learns of the Moblin attack, Link crosses his arms and looks angry. He has his belt with item pouch draped over his shoulder as he does. When he crosses his arm, his arm goes over the pouch hiding it from view and the belt completely vanishes. It then jump cuts to a close up and suddenly the belt is visible again and the pouch as well, now being across his arm.
Continuity mistake: When Link fires sword lasers at the first two Moblins, to his right is the broken table, Zelda's painting, the window, and his bed. It cuts to the lasers zapping the Moblins, and then back to Link. The shot is at about the same angle as the previous shot, but now there is nothing beside Link but the wall and now the Triforce pedestal is behind him.
Continuity mistake: When Link whistles and calls down to Zelda, you can see the floor of the ledge she is on. The first part design has lines going towards the middle and several layering circles, and the center is just a circle. The part behind her just has lines going towards the center and looks like a pizza after being cut. Then the shot changes to a close up of her feet as she is backing up and you see the second design by her feet. There are now twice as many lines in the center. You can tell by the spacing between the lines between shots. The first shot, the spacing makes it look like there are only 4 lines. But the second shot shows 8.
Continuity mistake: When Link is getting out of his bed, the shot from behind him shows the opposite wall. You can see there are no windows there. The only window that can be seen is the one between his mirror and the table. Link gets up and complains to his mirror, then walks to that same wall. Now there are suddenly windows there, and a flower hanging by one.
