Question: Do "Bart to the Future" and "Lisa's Wedding" episodes share the same continuity? I only saw second one and I'd like to know if president Lisa is the same Lisa who was in love with Hugh, or Bart who has a band with Ralph the same Bart who used to demolish buildings etc? Or are they just independents predictions without connections? I'm not even asking about Future-Drama, because it'd be weird at this point, Lisa graduating in high school in 2013 and being at university in 2010.

Question: Why do the characters in this show, and other animated shows, always wear the same clothes and have just a few different outfits (ex: Marge's regular green dress and her Sunday dress)? Wouldn't most fans be able to recognize the characters even if they did wear different clothes in each episode?
Answer: They do this to make it easier to draw the thousands of cells they need to make a cartoon.

Question: When Chucky is loading the guns with real ammo instead of paint, why would a military school store or even use live rounds?
Answer: Military schools usually have gun ranges, so they would have live ammunition for that.
Answer: They would have live rounds for use on the ranges. The real issue is that they'd also have it drummed into them to personally check the ammo of any weapon handed to them so the shooting should never have happened.

General questions
I'm looking for a name of a movie that I only remember the trailer for. The basic plot was either a weather forecaster, or a television anchor, goes out in the street to do a forecast and is told that the morning next it will either hail or snow (I can't recall) and then she dies a few days later. If anyone can recall the title, I'd appreciate the enlightenment!
Answer: Life or Something Like It, starring Angelina Jolie.

Question: I understand how Michael collects things to prompt certain actions after he gets "out", but how does the diamond ring work. Each item serves a purpose. to set off the sprinkler system, etc. but how does he know in advance, the kid would steal the ring? The items were placed in the envelope to "make" things happen (getting off the bus if memory serves me correctly was the point of having the ring stolen.) In the original time line as viewed on the machine, there wouldn't have been a ring for the kid steal it, so how does he know the kid will "take the bait"?
Answer: He has the ability to see what will happen if he changes certain things by looking back in time. He just kept making changes until he got the desired results. He could have added dozens of things until he found something would would force him to get off the bus.

Question: I don't fully understand how Le Chiffre lost all his money when the bomb failed to blow up the prototype aircraft at Miami airport. If the bomb had exploded, the shares in the airliner would have crumbled, but because it didn't, wouldn't think mean that Le Chiffre missed out on the opportunity to make a load of money, but would still be left with the money he had in the first place?
Answer: Le Chiffre was essentially betting that airline stock would fall, so he bought futures contracts assuming the price would fall, when the bomb did not go off, airline stock did not fall, so he lost his money, as the contract he'd bought still had to be fulfilled.
Answer: Lachiffre had bought Puts on the Airline stock which have a definite drop dead date, expiration date, usually the 3rd Friday of any month. So the bomb is a dud, the Airline rollout is a success, stock goes up, puts expire worthless.
Answer: Its not realistic IMO, but a successful roll-out of the new airliner would have led to an increase in the stock's price which would have cost anyone shorting it. Just not 100% of their investment.
Shorting stocks can cost an investor more than 100% of their investment. For example if you borrowed 1 stock for $50 hoping the stocks drop to $20, you make $30. But it the stocks jump to $150, you lose $100 (twice your investment).

However, I checked Arizona in my road atlas (one from 1999, and I'm from Massachusetts, just so you know, and have never actually been to the Grand Canyon State). Question: What are they injecting people with at CTU to make them talk?
Answer: It is probably Sodium Thiopental, know by the trademarked name, Sodium Pentothal, or Truth Serum. Thiopental is still used in some places as a truth serum. The barbiturate drugs as a class decrease higher cortical brain functioning. Since lying is more complex than the truth, suppression of the higher cortical functions may lead to the divulgement of the "truth."

Question: In the episode 'Don't Make Me Over' Peter is excited to be going on SNL because he'll get to meet John Belushi, Gilda Radner, Phil Hartman, Chris Farley and Horatio Sanz. I get the first part of this joke, the first four comedians named are deceased, but what is the joke about Horatio Sanz? Is it simply because he's still alive and the others aren't but he's lumped in with them? Or is it something else?
Answer: Since there is suppose to be a curse of SNL, they are just joking that Horatio Sanz will be the next one to die, the reason they probably chose him is because two of the deceased were the overweight guys on the show, Belushi and Farley, so they are guessing that since Sanz is overweight he will be the one to die next.

Answer: They are not supposed to be, but there is no way to tell for sure. The only thing that appears to be the same in each episode are the additions made to their house. But some of the other differences could be explained by the fact that one is around 12-15 years in the future, and the other is 30 years in the future.
