Corrected entry: Eugene should not be on Death's list before the film even begins- he says that he was transferred because of Val Lewton's death but she would have died in the plane crash if everything had gone to Death's plan- her job would have been available if Alex hadn't got her off the plane. Even if you argued that he was appointed rather than someone else because she died slightly later (her job may have been available at a different time and thus to a different person) she quit her job after the accident. The job was not affected by Alex's premonition and so neither was Eugene's design.

Halloween: Resurrection (2002)
Corrected entry: After Charlie gets killed by the tripod his body disappears for the rest of the film without any sign of being removed.
Correction: After Sarah climbs out the bedroom window and into the attic, there's a brief shot of her discovering Charlie's body.

Buffy The Vampire Slayer (1997)
Corrected entry: When the gang are in Buffy's house and she sees the picture of herself standing alone, instead of saying the line "I would never wear that low apparel" she fluffs her line and said "I would never wear this that low apparel" The shot changes between the words "this" and "that" so it looks like they tried to cut out the mistake in words but didn't succeed. Deep Blue Sea (1999)
Corrected entry: Didn't anyone think it strange that after initial shark attack that no one of the group wonders where Preach is or mentions him, yet they don't seem a bit surprised when he saves them all? (01:08:05)
Correction: Actually, when they hear noises at one point earlier in the film, they call out "Preach?", so they know he might be around, but they probably assume he's dead - if the second floor was flooded they would assume the third floor was too.

Charmed (1998)
Corrected entry: Leo tells Piper that "there was no one there to finish [her baby book] after [her] mother died," and that's why every page from "The Sixth Year" onwards is blank. But Piper and her sisters were raised by Grams after Patty died. Why wouldn't Grams have continued filling in the baby book?
Correction: Maybe seeing the baby book that Patti started and never got a chance to finish was too painful for her. It's not really a mistake, it's impossible to predict how grief will affect people.

Buffy The Vampire Slayer (1997)
Corrected entry: In the season seven episode 'Him' any girl who sees RJ wearing his jacket falls in love with him. However, when Buffy, Willow and Xander are in the Bronze watching Dawn dance with RJ, RJ is wearing his magic jacket but Buffy and Willow don't fall under the spell until they see him later on in the episode.

Deep Blue Sea (1999)
Corrected entry: How did the sharks know that they could "sink" Aquatica? It was already underwater. Were they genetically enhanced and provided with blueprints on how to do this? The whole concept is flawed. Despite having enhanced intelligence, they would still have to learn that CCTV cameras transmit images to the cast. They could never know that wounding someone would bring a helicopter they could use to sink the structure. The whole concept of the film is based on the, frankly, wrong assumption that being more intelligent makes a creature automatically 'know' more stuff. Well it doesn't. It would just make them more able to learn and understand. So who taught them?
Correction: It's entirely possible that the sharks just got lucky. They could work out from seeing the blond guy making signals into the CCTV cameras that there was someone watching at the other end, they got very lucky with the helicopter (it was pure chance that the stretcher broke and dropped into the water) so it's possible that attacking Jim was just malicious and only when the stretcher fell into the water did the rest of the plan fall into place. It doesn't take any great amount of knowledge to realise that filling things with water sinks them. The mistake presumes that the sharks had every move planned - as the female scientist says, they're still just animals. Most of the events in the film are pure bad luck.

Corrected entry: Whenever Princess Fiona turns into an ogre, her clothes magically grow/shrink to fit the body in them, are they elastic, or just part of the spell the witch cast on her?

Charmed (1998)
Corrected entry: In this episode, Cole has become the Source, and he has no trouble attending his own wedding to Phoebe in a church. But in episode 4-2: "Charmed Again (2)," we learned that the Source cannot enter a church at all.
Correction: The Source couldn't enter the church in "Charmed Again (2)" because of the gargoyles. Not every church has gargoyles - maybe the one Phoebe and Cole were getting married in didn't, which would allow him to enter. Given how careful he was about planning the wedding, I'm sure he would have made sure of that first.

Will & Grace (1998)
Sex, Losers and Videotape - S5-E20
Corrected entry: Season 5, Episode "Sex, Losers and Videotape." Grace is trying her darndest to make a sexy video to send to Leo - why? He's working on a viral outbreak in sub-saharan Africa, and he told Grace in an earlier episode "these people don't have running water." Doesn't make sense that his precious cargo of food and medicine would include a VCR, even if electricity is on hand.
Correction: Given that Grace is not all that smart and has previously shown very little understanding of how poor conditions are for Leo (in "Fagmalion Part Two: Attack of the Clones") she might not realise that he won't be able to watch the video. Alternatively, if she had, she could easily have sent him the camcorder as well, which would allow him to watch it. Either way it's not a mistake.

Size Matters - S4-E5
Corrected entry: In episode 3-5: "Sight Unseen," the sisters learned the importance of taking mundane precautions when it comes to their personal safety, after Prue was stalked and almost killed by a mortal human being. Particularly stressed was the need to lock their door. In this episode, however, Paige comments that the front door was unlocked, and Leo says that the front door is usually left that way since otherwise demons just break the door down.

Urban Legend (1998)
Corrected entry: Brenda weighs about 120 pounds. How is she able so often through the film to overpower men almost twice her size, hang them from trees (Damon's death) and then drag the bodies up to the top floor of an abandoned building? All without any help. Surely someone would notice a waif-like girl trying to drag a 200 pound body through the campus. When you are crazy then you suddenly have superhuman strength?
Correction: Actually, yes. People on an adrenaline high can accomplish physical tasks that would otherwise be impossible. However, there's also the fact that Brenda has spent years planning this revenge - presumably she built up her muscles over that time. Just because she's not bulging doesn't mean she isn't strong.

Urban Legend (1998)
Corrected entry: The killer wears a hooded parka to mask his/her identity. Oddly enough, even though the movie takes place in April and it seems to be warm weather, EVERYONE in this town owns the same hooded parka! In one bizarre scene, a menacing figure in the hooded parka and high leather boots slips off the jacket, revealing herself to be a girl in a bathing suit going for a swim! Who wears a parka to go for a swim?
Correction: Several parts of this mistake are wrong. For one thing, it is not "warm weather", there are two rain storms in the few days the film covers. Secondly, the girl at the pool has a blue t-shirt on, not a bathing suit. Finally, since it was wet weather, is it all that unlikely that people are carrying warm jackets around with them (bear in mind that no one but the killer and swimming pool girl actually wear theirs)? The similarities between the coats is strange, but hardly a mistake in itself. Maybe they were on sale.

Charmed (1998)
Corrected entry: Any time Leo uses his healing touch on someone, their damaged clothing is repaired and their blood stains disappear. Since Leo can't even heal injured animals, his power certainly wouldn't have any effect on torn fabric.
Correction: Since Leo fixes broken pipes with his power in "Saving Private Leo" and the P3 sign in "Size Matters", we can assume that he can heal just about anything. It's anyone's guess why he can't heal animals.

Jeepers Creepers (2001)
Corrected entry: This creature only gets to eat every 23 years for 23 days (as revealed in Jeep Creep 2). Why would it waste time fixing up that old truck to go so fast when it can fly?
Correction: It uses the truck to scare people so it can smell their fear and decide if there's something in them it likes without drawing too much attention to itself. By JC2 it is into the final day so it is desperate to stock up on organs, and not too concerned with secrecy any more.

Freddy Vs. Jason (2003)
Corrected entry: In the scene where Jason comes out of the cornfield and starts killing the ravers, he kills a boy with a hat on by slashing through his chest. A few shots later you see Jason killing the same boy again from a different angle.
Correction: Actually, it is two different ravers in similar shirts with the same horizontal slash. Notice that one is wearing a beanie while the other is wearing a bucket hat - this shows they are different people.

Jeepers Creepers 2 (2003)
Corrected entry: The kids on the bus make a comment about it being hours since the creeper was there but when the farmer finds the station wagon it still has smoke/steam coming from the front. After a couple hours I wouldn't think there would be any steam coming out as the engine would have cooled off by then.
Correction: We don't know exactly when the Creeper attacked the old couple. It can fly pretty fast, and there was a large gap of time when it wasn't attacking the kids. It's possible it had only crashed the car a few minutes before Taggart finds it.
Correction: They actually say that it's been "almost an hour" since the creeper last appeared so it actually hasn't been all that long.

Jeepers Creepers 2 (2003)
Corrected entry: When the farmers other son shows him the Creepers knife, he throws it at the lamp. The lamp is pinned to the wall and you also hear the bulb shatter, yet the light of the lamp is still on.
Correction: The bulb doesn't shatter, the knife knocks the lamp into the shelf, and a picture falls off the shelf and shatters.

Reign of Fire (2002)
Corrected entry: Supposedly the dragons have burned the whole land to ash, and indeed throughout the movie we never see a single tree. But Van Zan finds plenty of huge logs for a funeral pyre after some of his men died.
Correction: A log pile is visible in several scenes inside the castle, most notably in the scene right after the castle has supposedly burned down (a blooper already mentioned here).

Final Destination 2 (2003)
Corrected entry: When Kimberly pulls out in front of the traffic after her vision there are heaps of cars held up. If she hadn't stopped way more people would have been killed than just Norma, Timmy, Rory, Kat and Eugine, Isabella, the baby and the cop.
Correction: Actually, she only blocked an off-ramp, not the whole highway. The only people on the off-ramp are the people Death kills in the film, plus Isabella.

Correction: Don't forget that there's a gap of about a month between the time that the plane crashes and the time when Death starts to catch up with the intended victims. If Ms. Lewton carried on teaching for that month, that would have been enough to alter fate and ensure Eugene didn't get the job.
