Deadlock - S2-E21

Corrected entry: When the two Voyagers initially try to merge, the damaged voyager has to evacuate all the crew to the engineering deck (deck 11) and then shut down life support elsewhere to save power, leaving the rest of the ship uninhabitable. However, after the attempt fails and with no prior notice, Kes and Janeway are able to travel from the good ship to the damaged one via the rift on deck 15. They have no problems with this, despite the fact that they should not have been able to breathe on arrival with life support turned off.

roboc

Correction: Life Support turned off does not mean that there is immediately an uninhabitable enviroment. It only means that no fresh air will be provided to these decks. The present air on these deck can support life for several minutes, maybe even hours.

Corrected entry: In the scene where Deanna Troi uses her telepathic ability to find the Scimitar, she has her hand on Worf's. You notice she is only wearing one ring on her wedding finger. In a later scene where Picard orders her to ram the Scimitar, it is clear she is wearing several on her finger. When did she have time to get them? (01:21:30 - 01:28:10)

Correction: She is wearing two rings the whole time: a smooth, small ring (typical wedding ring) and a bigger, ornated ring. In the first scene they are only so close together they look like one ring, but you can tell there are two because the smaller one is darker and more shiny than the big one and glares more and different.

Corrected entry: During the shot of the Enterprise-E tearing through the shuttlebay on the Reman Warbird, you can see a Reman who gets crushed between two Scorpion class shuttles on the centre-right as they collide. However, when that debris clears, the Reman is nowhere to be seen. (01:28:50)

Correction: There are massive forces working and if they can push away a Scorpion that easily it is very plaussible that an much lighter Reman is also pushed away, even faster but is pressed against the Scorpion and so outside of sight while pushed away.

Corrected entry: When Dr. Crusher is explaining to Picard about Shinzon's aging process, she explains about temporal RNA. But a few seconds later, watch her mouth as she says RNA - the voice over says DNA. (01:04:00)

Correction: No, she does say DNA and so is the movement of the lips.

Bjoern_Buller

Corrected entry: Right before Picard and Data fly out of the shuttle bay you see a group or Remens firing on the shuttle bay doors standing in a tight formation. The camera angle changes and they are now spread out. (01:00:56)

MCKD

Correction: They are still in the same formation, but from behind it only appears less tight than from the side.

Corrected entry: During the desert chase scene, Picard and Data lose, then regain their sunglasses.

Correction: They don't wear them when they start driving, but while and after backing up and turn around you don't see what they are doing. They could easily put them back on in that time.

Soldier (1998)

Corrected entry: In the scene where Todd is recovering on the bed just after he arrives at the planet, the wife gives him some medicine. In the bottle it is a red liquid, but in the spoon poured into his mouth is has become yellow. (00:23:30)

Correction: The liquid isn't red; it only looks red because of the dimension of the bottle and the refraction. In a much thinner bottle (or in a spoon) the liquid would look yellow because the refraction is different. This effect can be seen when she pours the liquid in the spoon: the liquid is yellow within the bottleneck.

Firewall (2006)

Corrected entry: When Andy suffered an allergic reaction from eating the peanut-filled cookie, he was given an EpiPen injection, but no medical attention. The epinephrine in an EpiPen only lasts for about 15 minutes in a person's system until symptoms return, yet Andy seemed perfectly fine well after receiving the treatment.

Correction: Accourding to the official EpiPen "Common Questions and Answers" (http://www.epipen.com/epipen_questions.aspx) it is possible that "the effects of epinephrine can wear off and there is a chance of a second reaction" and you should go to the emergency room. This leaves also the possibility that it won't wear off at all and everything will be fine. Seems like Andy got lucky.

Corrected entry: When the wrecked car is being backed into the driveway, it is after dark. But when Marty walks into the house and hears Biff complaining about the blind spot, look out the back glass doors. It's daytime back there.

Correction: It is not after dark. It is just getting dark, it is still light outside like a summer evening between 9 and 10pm. Same as in the background when Biff is complaining.

Corrected entry: In the scene when Pintel and Ragetti are rowing towards the island, the dog (from the prison) is sitting in the bow of the boat, holding the prison keys in his mouth. During a shot of the two pirates, you hear a dog bark, but during the next shot, the dog is holding the keys in his mouth again. Since he's in the front, the keys should've dropped in the water.

Correction: Dogs can bark with stuff in their mouth. I know a dog which can bark with 3 balls in his mouth. Barking with just a big ring in the mouth is much easier.

Corrected entry: After all of the fruit on Jack's pole slid to the bottom, causing him to fall down the deep gorge, there is a clear shot of water at the bottom of the ravine, however, when he reaches the bottom, he hits land.

Correction: No, you see alot trees from above (you can see in another shot that there is infact land beneath Jack).

Bjoern_Buller

Corrected entry: When Elizabeth chains Jack to the Black Pearl, his hand doesn't have the bandage covering the black spot from Davey Jones. In the next shot, when Jack looks down at his hand, the bandage is back.

Correction: The bandage is the whole time present.

Superman Returns (2006)

Corrected entry: When Lex reads the 'Superman is back' Daily Planet, it is dated something like September 16, 2006. Later, we see Superman on a store CCTV camera which is dated July 25. Then, on the 'Superman is Dead' / 'Superman Lives' Daily Planet covers the date reads something like September 27 2006. The date constantly changes.

Correction: It is possible that the date for the security camera was set wrong. Some stores only install the hardware but don't set the date and time correct. Human factor.

Corrected entry: When Doug is talking to the credit card chick when he's in the convenience store a girl in the background at the credit card place places something on the wall of her cubicle, but the next time you see it, its gone.

Correction: From the movement and the look of the girl in the next cubical you can tell she took it and takes a look at it.

Corrected entry: When Steve and Doug are walking to their dad's shop if you look closely at the stores they pass, while walking one direction they walk past "Bright Idea" Emily's dad's store that's supposed to be next door to their dad's store then they walk a different direction and go into the silk shop but where's "Bright Idea"?

Correction: They walk around the block several times because they like to prance. They don't go straight to the shop. They even pass "Bright Idea" more than once. Also "Bright Idea" is on the left of the shop, but they walk to the entrance of the shop from the right.

Bjoern_Buller

Corrected entry: In the scene where Steve and Doug are shaking their heads, it clearly shows the window next to Doug breaking. However, in the next scene the window is fixed.

Correction: The window isn't fixed, they just removed the glass splinters (or would you drive the whole evening with broken glass next to you?).

Simone (2002)

Corrected entry: Near the beginning of the movie, Al Pacino receives the hard drive with the Simone program on it. As he pulls out the hard drive, you can see the arm and the platters of the drive. Taking the covers off a hard drive, especially on a beach, would render the hard drive inoperable, due to sand, dust or dirt getting into the mechanisms and between the platters.

Correction: He never opens the drive, in fact: it is never open. It is just a hard disk with a transparent cover.

Coach Carter (2005)

Corrected entry: Though the movie is set in 1999, when the newspaper with the headline "Richmond beats Kennedy for 4th consecutive win", the printed date is November 9, 2004.

Correction: It's nowhere said that the story takes place in 1999 - the real story did, the one in the movie not (e.g. Carter became coach in 1997). It's just an abstract of his story as coach and as stated at the beginning of the movie "Inspired by the life of Ken Carter".

Coach Carter (2005)

Corrected entry: The Black Eyed Peas song "Shut Up" is playing when the team comes into the party. The movie is based on a true story that took place in 1999, and this song wasn't made until 2003.

Corrected entry: "Get Low", the song being played at the school dance, didn't exist until three years after the movie is set.

Correction: It's nowhere said that the story takes place in 1999 - the real story did but the movie isn't necessarily set in the same year (e.g. Carter became coach in 1997). It's just an abstract of his story as coach and as stated at the beginning of the movie "Inspired by the life of Ken Carter".
