Corrected entry: At Alan's dad's funeral, when Alan takes a picture of himself in front of his dad's portrait with his camera phone, the phone's camera is facing away from him. This is corroborated further when he takes a picture later in the film with the same phone of Phil climbing down to the balcony of Chow's suite at Caesar's Palace. The phone's camera is now correctly facing towards Phil. (00:09:25 - 01:10:15)

Grey's Anatomy (2005)
Corrected entry: When Dr Shepphard walks into the OR to start the brain surgery on Izzy, after already scrubbing, he touches his forehead and surgical cap. He would not have done this as he would then contaminate himself, forcing him to re-scrub.
Correction: True but this is not a mistake of the show. Human flaws and lapses in judgement (such as a surgeon absentmindedly touching their forehead) are not movie/show mistakes. This probably happens in real life more than anyone could know, and much worse things happen in an OR as well.

The Island (2005)
Corrected entry: When McCord and Lincoln are talking in the bathroom at the bar, a man walks in on them. McCord calls him "Ed" but the name printed on his shirt is "Lou". (00:57:15)
Correction: There could be several reasons for this, it's not originally his shirt, its intentional, Ed is just a nickname, just to name a few.

Cloverfield (2008)
Corrected entry: During the scene where Rob plays back the recorded message from Beth on his cell phone, the background noise in the electronics store fades away and the phone is audible. Then the background sounds return after the message is over. This would be normal in most movies, but is inconsistent with the amateur home movie theme of Cloverfield.
Correction: There is no rule that states that the person who found the footage couldnt have edited that part themselves in order to hear the message.

Riding in Cars with Boys (2001)
Corrected entry: In the beginning, Bev is picked up by Jason, who throws her big box into the back seat of the car. When Jason leaves Bev at the roadside store, the box is still in the back seat. It must not have been very important to Bev.

Toy Story 3 (2010)
Corrected entry: In the scene where Woody, Barbie, Rex, and The Pig try to fix Buzz they unscrew his battery compartment to attempt to switch him back, after a while Buzz immediately gets up with his battery compartment completely screwed back on when nobody screwed it back on and stays that way the rest of the movie. (00:43:25 - 01:07:05)
Correction: It's simply snapped shut. When Buzz jumps it the back cover swings up and closes itself. The screw is just a precaution that companies take so young children dont open the compartment and mess around with the batteries. The screw itself is rarely the sole reason the doors stay closed.

The Target - S1-E2
Corrected entry: In this episode we are shown Echo was in the showers at the time of Alpha's attack. At the end of the season, we are shown she was actually in the craft workshop with Alpha when he attacked.

The Orphanage (2007)
Corrected entry: I find it hard to believe that Simon (the missing little boy), after being locked in the house of Thomas, would still be wearing the mask. He's been trying to get out of that room since his mother locked him in. We hear the bang of him falling down the stairs many hours later. You'd think he would have taken of the mask.
Correction: The fact that he didnt remove the mask is not a movie mistake. He chose to keep it on for whatever reason. Sometimes people, especially kids, do weird and random things.

The Crazies (2010)
Corrected entry: How can the car wash operate? The power for the entire town, as well as the water supply, have been shut off.
Correction: A generator could explain the power and a reserve of water could explain the water. It's not unusual for a building like that to have either of them.

The Stepfather (2009)
Corrected entry: At the end of the movie, when "Dadid Harris" meet the blonde woman in a supermarket, we can see a pansement on his neck. The action is supposed to happen over a month after the family attack and yet he always wears a bandage on his neck.
Correction: While the scene in the hospital takes place a month later its not stated when the scene with "David" takes place. . And there could be a number of reasons as to why he might still have a bandage there.

Valentine's Day (2010)
Corrected entry: When Ashton Kutcher attempts to stop Jennifer Garner from boarding the plane to San Fransisco, it appears as if he is unsuccessful since you see her board the plane. However, in the next scene she appears in, the receptionist at the hospital answers the phone "Los Angeles Hospital" and then Jennifer confirms she is in LA during a cell phone conversation what appears to be minutes later.
Correction: The movie never showed her boarding the plane, only walking away. As the entry states she confirms later that she is still in L.A. No mistake here.

Correction: A good number of phones have dual cameras, where you can switch back and forth from a front facing camera to a rear facing one so that you can always see the screen. One for self pictures, such as when he take a picture of himself posing with his father's picture, and one for taking a picture of Stu on the balcony.
