Corrected entry: When Tommy goes to college, he shows up back at home with laundry, saying that he is only an hour away. Later when Tommy is trying to enter a fraternity, Sally goes to help, and when she gets there she claims that it was a four hour trip.

Correction: I don't think this is necessarily a continuity error. Sally says it took her four hours by bus. She may have planned a poor route, or Tommy may have received a ride home from someone.
