Continuity mistake: There's a space issue with the scenes of the safe in the truck. They show Agent Fuller coming around on the (viewer's) left side of the safe to show the Horsemen video. However, when we first see the safe in the truck, there is absolutely no way a man of Fuller's size can fit in the gap between the safe and truck wall. (01:22:35)
Continuity mistake: When the car crashes on the bridge, it slides against the barrier on the middle of the road and flips over. As it slides, the bus on the next lane is seen to be more ahead of the car. The shot then cuts to Fuller yelling out "Oh, shit!" and it cuts back to he car flipping over. Only now, the bus is suddenly right next to the car, ready to drive past it. (01:23:50)
Continuity mistake: On the bridge, as Dylan and Alma chase Jack, a bus drives in the way of Jack's car. When Jack's car is shown again, a quick shot from the front of the bus is shown. Although the light reflects on the window and we can't see the driver, we can see, just for a moment, that there are hardly any passengers on the bus. Later on, when Thaddeus is explaining how the Horsemen faked Jack's death, Merritt is shown to have been the driver of the bus, and in the passenger seats are dummies, rather than the almost empty bus shown before. Continuity mistake: When Dylan and co are in the truck, finding out that his phone has a bug in it, Dylan tells the female agent to put the bug back in his phone. As Dylan says "They don't know that we know about the bug", Alma is looking at Dylan. Next shot, she's suddenly looking at the female agent putting the bug back in his phone. (01:14:05)
Continuity mistake: As Daniel, Merritt and Henley are in the elevator, the first shot of the elevator (exterior shot) shows Merritt standing a couple of inches away from the wall. A couple of shots later, Merritt is suddenly standing in the corner of the elevator. (01:36:30)
Continuity mistake: When the car blows up, visible to the right of the car is a tyre that fell off during the crash. The explosion is then seen going over the tyre. When the fire clears the tyre isn't there anymore, but it reappears a few shots later. (01:24:40)
Continuity mistake: As Dylan chases the Horsemen through New Orleans, he runs onto a street where there is a huge crowd. A police car stops in front of Dylan. In the shot where the police car stops, Dylan is standing next to the car, but standing in front of the car in the next shot. (01:05:35)
Continuity mistake: Just after the Horsemen make Tressler broke, Arthur shouts "Did you do this?" Merritt, Jack and Henley separately talk to him after he says this. At the start of Henley's line, her arms are by her side. But in an instant close-up of Henley, her hands are suddenly raised. (01:02:40)
Continuity mistake: When Thaddeus goes to the Horsemen's room, Daniel begins to do a card trick on him. The other Horsemen go to stand up next to him. As this happens, Henley holds a rabbit with the rabbit held straight along her arms, then the rabbit's head is held higher than the rest of its body, then back to being held straight along her arms. Continuity mistake: When Thaddeus is filming Magic Unmasked, directly behind him is a stand of magic items. When the crew leaves to let Thaddeus and Tressler talk, behind Thaddeus is now a completely different collection. (00:47:35 - 00:48:10)
Continuity mistake: When Alma first talks about Lionel Shrike's card trick, as she says "Then he goes to a tree that's been there 20 years", she is seen quickly lowering her head. Camera cuts and her head goes back to being raised. (00:45:30)
Continuity mistake: Dylan says to Alma on the plane "Some of those guys seriously need to get a life." Alma is looking down as he says this, but looking several degrees towards Dylan when the shot cuts. (00:41:30)
Continuity mistake: On the plane ride to New Orleans, Dylan tells Alma the Horsemen were a bunch of street magicians a year previously. As the shot ends, Alma has her head turned 90 degrees facing Dylan. Yet in the side angle, her head begins to turn that position. (00:41:10)
Continuity mistake: When Merritt begins his first magic trick, he puts a woman in "sleep" and places her head on his shoulder. In the first shot, her head is turned 90 degrees to the left. But in the next shot from a distance, her head is on his shoulder but isn't turned an inch. Her head goes to being turned 90 degrees once again in the next shot. Then back to not being turned when he lets go of her. (00:02:10)
Continuity mistake: At the Las Vegas show, Daniel says to the French banker "If you could sign your name. In English if possible." The next shot shows Henley walking around the stage in the center. But by the next shot she's suddenly standing at the edge of the stage. (00:19:35)
Continuity mistake: When the French banker is called onto the stage, Daniel points out that they wouldn't be there for Arthur Tressler. As he says this, Henley is visible to the left of screen with her hands by her side. Yet from the next shot, her right arm is suddenly raised pointing at Arthur. (00:17:50)
Continuity mistake: Just as Alma finishes asking Dylan if he thinks there is a fifth Horseman, her lips are still a centimetre open, but in the next shot, her mouth is suddenly sealed. (00:47:00)
Continuity mistake: In Merritt's first scene, he walks over to a man and reads his mind. Just as the man says "Look, it was a business trip", he is looking at Merritt. But in the next shot, he's suddenly looking at his wife. (00:02:40)
