Continuity mistake: Right after Bennett takes off in the plane, Claire throws a gun to Alice. Between the slow-motion shots, the gun switches position in mid-air before Alice catches it. In the shot of Claire throwing it, the barrel is facing to the right, meaning that it should be facing to the left in the shot of Alice catching it. But it still faces the right when she does.

He hadn't already taken off, because he makes a huge dive directly after leaving the roof, and even if he did use it as a ramp, then it makes no sense why Alice did smash through the edge.

Audio problem: Near the beginning of the film when Alice and her clones break into the Umbrella building, she comes down in an elevator. The numbers above the elevator showing what floor she is on beep every time they change, but some of the beeps are out of sync. A beep is heard for floor 6 before the number 7 has even changed and a beep is also heard a fraction of a second before the number 3 fully appears.

Revealing mistake: When Alice and Claire land on top of the prison in the plane, Angel pulls a cable across the roof to help the plane slow down. As he pulls it tight the angle at which the camera is at wobbles due to the cable knocking it.

Continuity mistake: During the scene on the rooftop, after shooting some approaching zombies, the group run into the lift while shooting a bunch more zombies. The bomb then explodes, sending the lift down. The scene goes back to Alice fastening herself on a sling. When the camera moves to show the zombies, all of the zombies have moved back some 25 feet away and all of them are standing still, waiting patiently for Alice to make the next move. Alice turns around to run to the edge of the building, and we can see that the zombies who had been shot earlier and should still be lying around have magically disappeared.

Factual error: Alice isn't superhuman in the scene of the Tower Swing. But at the rate she is falling, she would both hit the ground before the cable would be under tension, and even if the prison was high enough, it would probably shatter every bone in her shoulder when it does become tensioned.

Continuity mistake: During the initial fight scene, the clone who survives the Needle Dive is later on shot by Wesker, upon which she drops two grenades. Where did she pull those grenades from? Right before she jumps out of the window, you can see that there are no grenades dangling from a belt, and there isn't much room to hide something like that in a skintight catsuit.

Factual error: In the scene where Alice lands the plane on the roof of the prison the length of the roof is far too short to have landed in that distance at the speed they were traveling. The wings also impact several solid objects during the landing which would have damaged them, if not severed them completely. At the end of the landing the nose smashes through a solid concrete ledge at the end of the run. The propeller is too fragile and should have shattered in an impact that forceful but instead remains completely unscratched.

Other mistake: At the end of the fight with the Axeman, Alice points a shotgun towards him, while both she and Claire are sitting on their knees (as is seen in the overhead shot with the axe in the wall). But the shotgun is clearly pointed downwards. Alice is 5'9'', while the Axeman is at least 9 ft. tall. If she wants to blow his head off, she should have been pointing it more up.

And when Claire spots the shotgun, it is still lying in the spot where Alice dropped it. But in the wide shot just before Claire starts her slide, the one with both Claire and the Axeman, there aren't any more of the shower columns between them, and Claire only picks up the shotgun after the wide shot.

Revealing mistake: Just before the group enters the elevator which Alice blows up, they are all shooting at the horde of zombies. But pay close attention to Alice's MP5K. There are no empty shells flying away from it, which means the gun ran out of blanks and the flares were edited in later on. Also, we can see the empty cases flying away from Luthers gun, who is even further away from the camera.

Continuity mistake: Just when Alice jumps off the roof, pay close attention to the zombie directly to her right. You can see how he slows down and stops on the ledge. But in the shot directly afterwards, all of the zombies are jumping after Alice, and none are stopping where the roof ends.

Continuity mistake: After the Tower Swing, Alice fires a bunch of quarters through two zombies, most of which end up in the wall around Luther. But when he has closed the door, we get an overhead shot of the wall, which has a bullet hole in it - and no quarters.

Continuity mistake: In the scene after Alice bungee's off the roof, as she runs through the crowd of zombies towards Luthor, she fires the shotgun loaded with quarters once. As she gets closer he jumps to pull the door down and as all the zombies hit the door, you can see that it's solid, no holes. But when the shot changes to the inside view, the door now has quite a few holes in it. Not only were they not there before, but the door was open, so the quarters wouldn't have hit it anyway.

In the far shot he is holding it up, like he is ready to strike, but in the shot where he is falling, the axe is leaning on the ground all of a sudden.

Factual error: Just after Alice jumps from the tower and draws her dual revolvers, the film slows down to bullet time to show her shooting two zombies. If the speed of the bullet is accurate, there's no way she can move so fast as to then run and get out her shotguns.

Revealing mistake: When the Umbrella guards are lining up in front of the elevator, we get a few close-up shot of the level counter. During those close-ups, you can see the ribbed rear wall of the elevator when the dial is still only at level 3. Compare the wall to when the doors open, it is exactly the same. This means that the elevator isn't moving at all, and that it is just the dial.

Revealing mistake: When Wesker flips Claire and Chris during their fight, in the brief sequence from the side when she lands on her back, a TCR timecode is visible in the lower-left of the screen for a single frame before it cuts to the sequence with Alice cornered by dogs. TCR timecodes are meant to be removed when a film is finished.

Continuity mistake: In the after titles sequence, when Jill is addressing the group in the plane, she is walking with her hands on her back. When she turns around, heading towards the tail, in the long shot her hands are on her hips.

Continuity mistake: Right after Alice lands on top of the prison, she makes three skid-marks on the roof: one with each wheel. These are seen best in the shots which show the front of the plane. But in the overhead shots, the skid-marks are gone. This can be best seen in the shot where Luther grabs hold of the tail wing.

Continuity mistake: When Alice kicks Bennett away, he lands one one of the dead bodies, sliding it back significantly. But in the shot where the dog is splitting its head, you can see the head of the body in the top right corner of the screen. And it definitely is the one Bennett landed, seeing how that was the one next to the shotguns. And in later shots, you can see that all of the bodies are in their original positions.

He is leaning over to his right, and the blood coming straight out of the wound is going slightly to the right, and then straight down, so far so good. But at the angle he is lying, the blood should have stopped at his eye, and even if it did jump over his eye socket, it should have been directly below or even more to the right of where the first stream ends.
