Continuity mistake: After Ryan carjacks the lawyer for the first time a truck smashes into the security car blowing it up. Before the shot of the explosion the lawyer is sitting in the car without dark glasses. After the explosion it cuts back to the lawyer's car, however you can see in the rear view mirror that the person sitting in the driver's seat is wearing dark glasses. (00:38:55)

Trivia: The movie the kidnappers are watching is "Final Destination 2" (2003), which was directed by David R. Ellis. Also there is an announcement at the aiport for "Volé Flight 180 to Paris," a reference to the original "Final Destination" (2000). Both are New Line productions.
Question: How does Ryan copy the video from the camera on to his phone?
Answer: Even if he'd been able to copy the video onto his phone, we see him running through water under the pier. There would've been water damage to the phone, rendering it useless.
