Stupidity: The X-Men depart for space on a vehicle not designed for space, for an incredibly dangerous mission they know nothing about (and none of them can survive in space at that point), but don't suit up for it in the slightest - and with Nightcrawler and Quicksilver's powers as they are shown later, it'd be easy to do it without wasting time. Not only that, but Xavier communicates with NASA to get the briefing only after the X-Men have already departed.
Dark Phoenix (2019)

Continuity mistake: Despite having the Phoenix power at the end of X-Men: Apocalypse, which manifests around her as a Phoenix firebird and she uses to defeat the titular villain, Jean Grey doesn't actually get merged with the entity until 9 years later in this movie.

Suggested correction: Jean used her full psychic powers in the previous film, not the Phoenix Force. Even without the Phoenix Force she was an incredibly powerful, Omega Level mutant.
The Phoenix firebird is literally shown to be emerging from Jean's body when she kills Apocalypse. She can't both have the Phoenix firebird already within her and then somehow also have it invade her body in this film. The mistake is valid, and I would argue it should be listed as a plot hole more than a continuity error.

Answer: Yes, during the events of First Class it is clear that Raven harbors romantic feelings for Charles, though Charles himself views the relationship as platonic. After meeting Erik, Raven's romantic affections seem to shift to him and Raven views Charles as an adoptive brother. This inadvertently causes something of a rivalry between Erik and Charles when Raven decides to leave with Erik. In Days of Future Past Charles' behavior seems to suggest some romantic feelings for Raven, with Charles expressing jealousy of Erik's relationship with Raven. By the time of Apocalypse, Charles and Raven once again seem to have a strictly platonic relationship which remains in place through Dark Phoenix.
