Factual error: The Navy Seals call in air support and provide a fire mission to given coordinates. The targets are engaged with rockets and gatling/chain guns. The UH-60 Black Hawk is shown leaving after the air strike. This UH-60 however only had mini-guns in the doors. The type of UH-60 needed for this action would be the UH-60 DAP, which is configured as a gunship and has no troop carrying capacity. The DAP can carry chain guns, mini-guns, missiles and or rockets. Episode #1.2 - S1-E2
Factual error: The catalogue of errors made by the SAS team (e.g. being caught out in the open, not posting a watch, not using cover) would be unlikely to be made by an ordinary trained infantryman, let alone an elite special forces unit.

Visible crew/equipment: When Adrian is getting something from the snack machine, the cameraman can be seen in the snack machine's reflection. (00:26:30)

Factual error: Two women come into town somewhere around San Luis Valley, Colorado with ring-necked Pheasants. The pheasants were brought into US a few times (East coast, CA) but really did not get established until late 1880s and in Colorado likely in the late 1890s (eastern and southwestern). The problem is it supposedly depicts the year 1880. They would more likely may have found some Gunnisons Sage-Grouse nearby or rabbits. (00:16:10)

Factual error: DI Renton is a Metropolitan Police officer 'parachuted' into Kent to solve a big case. This hasn't happened for many decades. Local police forces investigate their own crimes without help from the Met.

The Buffer - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: When Mickey touches Trish's boob, her hand is over the grey shirt, in the next shot, her hand in inside the grey shirt, and over the grey shirt again in the next shot.

Deliberate mistake: The police force in the town is the Gendarmerie, the standard issued firearm is the Sig Sauer P2022 in 9mm. The police officers on this show carry a Beretta and not the 9x19mm one which is the model 92fs, they carry a never issued Beretta 84 chambered in .32 acp or 9mm short. Plus they use some weird holster where the gun arches out and hangs low like a cowboy holster and dangles around. Easy for a suspect to gain control of the officers gun and this happened in this episode.

Character mistake: One of the characters, Agent L, is usually talking to the kids via some gadget with bad audio. In The Golden Gauntlet, the first time she appears on the screen she misnames Agent J, calling him "Agent G." She then later in her speech calls him by his name correctly.

Episode #1.3 - S1-E3
Factual error: Billy is called up into a specific unit of the Royal Artillery. This didn't happen. He would first have been sent to a Royal Artillery training depot and only after training would he have been assigned to a unit.

Continuity mistake: Celeste and Madeline are in the car and greet Bonnie, who's hiking. In the immediate shot of the copilot mirror's reflection Bonnie is nowhere to be seen.

Other mistake: The sign behind James Franco on the mirror behind the bar says, "Dinner Service Until 10pm". It's a modern paper printout and also a modern font, from a personal computer / printer which nobody would have at that time. (00:07:00 - 00:08:00)

Factual error: The show is set in 1991 yet the Lincoln town car being driven near the start is from 2003 or later.

Episode #1.1 - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: The protagonist finally receives the Anmitsu, breaking his orgasmic trepidation. In the close-up, the tray is really close to the teacup, but in the following shot it's definitely further away, to the point that Kantaro in facts moves it to the right, in the same position shown in the close-up. (00:12:15)

Other mistake: You don't have to look further than the name; the title of the series is "Knight's and Magic" instead of "Knights and Magic".

Continuity mistake: When Stu accosts Josh in the alleyway, he waves the cleaning receipt at him and then in a shot from behind, shoves it in his pocket with his right hand. Cut to the front, and his right arm is suddenly pointing straight at Josh. (00:23:15)

Continuity mistake: When Dr. Andrews tells Mrs. Cross via video chat that her husband has blood in his NG tube, the clock in the top left corner of Mrs. Cross' phone says 5:09. Two shots later, it has suddenly changed to 5:01. A few moments later it changes to 5:10, then back to 5:01 and then for some reason to 4:53 at the end of the scene.

Factual error: Johann Eck is dressed as a cardinal and Albrecht von Brandenburg addresses him as "Your Eminence" and kisses his ring. In reality, Eck was not a cardinal. Albrecht, however, was. It should be Eck showing deference to him, not vice versa. Albrecht was also only thirty, half the age of the actor playing him.

Factual error: Every Time the Shadow Raiders deploy to Somalia, they use a Blackhawk nicknamed "Adele" for their missions. I can understand the helos being transported via fixed-wing aircraft, but on their last mission they leave Georgia, and reach Somalia the same day, flying in the Blackhawks. It would take them some 15-20 hours not including fuel stops. Yet the mission is completed in the time it takes to find a bomb in downtown Atlanta.

Other mistake: There is a countdown on the movie screen. It is then reflected in Dusty's glasses. But the numbers are not reversed in the glasses. (00:41:00)

Factual error: The provincial police is always described as the Ontario Police Department (OPD) instead of the correct Ontario Provincial Police (OPP).
