Continuity mistake: When General Edel and Martin get in their car at the gas station, the fuel pump nozzle is still in the fuel port of the car. They drive off and the fuel pump nozzle has miraculously removed itself from the car.

Continuity mistake: Vera fires the gun several times, and later tells Justice Wargrave that the gun is empty, meaning that all the cartridges in it would be spent. When the judge loads his one bullet into the chamber, he does so in a gun where all five cartridge svisible are unspent.
Continuity mistake: Near the start when Mike's pulling over, the car parks literally perfectly along the side of the road. Seconds later when camera shows him stepping out it's at least 12 inches away from the curb. (00:11:00)
Continuity mistake: When Allison gives Kurt his breakfast muffin (in a brown paper bag), it suddenly jumps from his left hand to his right hand between shots.
Continuity mistake: In season 1 they are tracking leopards but when they take a cub for the cure it's clearly an African serval kitten.
Continuity mistake: A henchman places a briefcase up-side down on a bench, opens the locks and starts to open the briefcase with the locks above the lid latches which are flipped open toward the floor. Instantly the briefcase is right-side up with the locks down and the lid latches up. (00:26:11)

Continuity mistake: When Liv is describing how the murder took place, there is a shot of Babineaux in which you can see the edge of Meers' wig on her head, even though it had been taken off a minute before. (00:36:30)
Continuity mistake: Rebecca tells Brian that Chris received the call from his brother to meet and hand the bag off at the park at 4pm. In the next scene, Brian says, "Chris wasn't handing the bag off until 6, so I went straight into training." 2 hour time difference there.

Continuity mistake: After Thomas pours Juliana and himself a glass of milk, the position of Juliana's glass moves without her touching it a few times between shots.
Continuity mistake: The martini glass Elliot was drinking changes to faux Fen's hand with no explanation of how she got it. (00:09:00 - 00:09:25)

Continuity mistake: When Kirsten and Fisher are talking, Kirsten is picking up and holding various Christmas items. When Fisher says he's not the best person to give relationship advice, there's shot of Kirsten and you can tell she's not holding anything. In the next shot her arms are full again.
A Rose by Any Other Name - S2-E13
Continuity mistake: During the press conference at the beginning, Hakeem has a lollipop in his mouth. During the whole scene, the lollipop keeps switching from shot to shot between being in his hand or in his mouth. (00:02:10)
Continuity mistake: When Carolyn and Ennis are racing on the beach, Carolyn in side-saddle has both her legs on the left and for just a couple of split seconds in another shot they're both on the right, and then back on the left again after that.
Continuity mistake: After Naomi apologizes to Cyn for hitting him on the head, in the shot facing Naomi she reaches for Cyn's brandy with her right arm extended, but next shot it's her left arm extended. Then Naomi holds the brandy bottle with her left hand and removes the brandy's cap with her right, but in the next semi-closeup the bottle and cap have switched hands. (00:23:10)
Continuity mistake: When Theresa and Ben walk down the road leaving town, and run into the woods from the Sheriff, Theresa's roller suitcase falls over on its 'back'. A minute later, when Ethan catches up to them, the suitcase is on its 'front'. (00:36:30 - 00:37:30)
